Здравейте Хора с Огромни Сърца! ❤️ След всеки етап от лечението, със свито сърце очакваме резултатите. Всеки път се молим да чуем, че лечението е към своя край, но уви, реалността е друга! ОСТЕОСАРКОМ, метастатичен, е агресивен, злокачествен и животозастрашаващ РАК, който не се "вълнува" от болките и страданията на заболелия. Животът в последните три години, откакто Виктор води борба с коварното заболяване, ни научи, че липсата на лоши новини, трябва да приемаме за добра новина. Иначе, как да продължим?!🙏 Наскоро приключи поредния етап от шест химиотерапии, назначени през месец юли, когато заболяването се завърна. Преди дни, Виктор и майка му проведоха разговор с лекуващия онколог, за резултатите от направените образни изследвания. Резултатите са, че разсейките в белите дробове, са се повлияли от досегашното лечение. Но, не достатъчно, то да се прекъсне! Напротив, нужни са още няколко венозни химиотерапии, като към тях ще се прибави и лъчетерапия. Очакваме лекуващия екип да прецени колко курса да се направят и кога - по време, преди или след химиотерапията. От всичко дотук, разбираме, че лечението на Виктор продължава! Всеки курс орална и венозна химиотерапия са на стойност 8 600 евро, като сумите за възстановителния период не са включени. За лъчетерапията очакваме становище и проформа фактура. Благодарим на всеки, помогнал ни да стигнем дотук! Благодарим на тези, които продължават да са до нас! Благодарим на всички, които ще останат рамо до рамо с Виктор, в неговата дълга и тежка битка! Every time we pray to hear that the treatment is coming to an end, but alas, the reality is different! Osteosarcoma, metastatic, is an aggressive, malignant and life-threatening CANCER that does not "thrill" from the pain and suffering of the sufferer. Life in the last three years, since Victor has been fighting the insidious disease, has taught us that the absence of bad news, should be taken as good news. Otherwise, how do we move on 🙏 We recently completed another round of six chemotherapy treatments, appointed in July when the disease returned. A few days ago, Victor and his mother had a conversation with the treating oncologist about the results of the imaging tests. The results were that the scatter in the lungs, had been affected by the previous treatment. But, not enough to discontinue it! On the contrary, several more intravenous chemotherapies are needed, and radiotherapy will be added to them. We are waiting for the treatment team to decide how many courses to do and when - during, before or after chemotherapy. From everything so far, we understand that Victor's treatment is ongoing! Each course of oral and intravenous chemotherapy is worth 8,600 euros, and the amounts for the recovery period are not included. For the radiotherapy we are waiting for a statement and a pro forma invoice. Thanks to everyone who has helped us get this far! Thank you to those who continue to stand by us! Thank you to everyone who will stay by Victor's side through his long and hard battle! Thanks to YOU, he has the chance, strength and faith, to continue fighting for his life!
