През м.декември 2024 г. Гери беше оперирана в болница Аджибадем Маслак, Истанбул. Поради усложнение, по време на операцията получава мозъчен инсулт и пареза от лявата страна. За да се приберем се наложи да ползваме линейка. Този месец отново с линейка Гери замина за Истанбул за поредната операция. In December 2024, Geri was operated on at Ajibadem Maslak Hospital, Istanbul. Due to a complication, she suffered a stroke and paresis on the left side during the operation. We had to use an ambulance to get her home. This month Geri went to Istanbul again by ambulance for another operation.
