Здравейте скъпи дарители.Отдавна не съм споделяла новини за лечението и състоянието на Жоро за което се извинявам.Нямаше как да не го направя точно днес, когато стават 100 дни след трансплантацията, която се извърши на 7 май.Казват, че условно първите 100 дни са най-критични.Жоро мина през много тежки моменти -лъчетерапия на цялото тяло и агресивна химиотерапия в много високи дози с цел пълно унищожение на костният му мозък без възможност за възстановяване, почти постоянно гадене и болки в корема, близо 40 дни тотален отказ от храна и вода, температура, чревна бактерия, нулеви кръвни показатели, силни болки в краката, слабост до степен да не може да стане, сърцебиене, високо кръвно, сепсис и септичен шок, сърбеж по цялото тяло като реакция на донорските клетки, емоционална свръхчувствителност, херпес Зостер....
Днес на стотният ден всичко остана назад, дори сигурна съм че не помним някои от тежките моменти.Моля се най-страшното да е минало, въпреки че за мен ще е страшно още 2 години, при всяко изследване, при всяко даване на кръв за проследяване, при всяко негово неразположение...
В момента ходим веднъж седмично в болницата за взимане на проби, преглед и коригиране на дозите на лекарствата, които Жоро приема всекидневно, а при всяко неразположение се правят всекидневни изследвания и вливки.В края на август или началото на септември ще има нова миелограма - взимане на проба костен мозък.
Сега той се чувства добре, за първи път от 11 месеца има коса, храни се, говори и играе с приятелите си, привечер се разхождаме...Липсва му вкъщи, живият контакт с близките и приятелите, свинското месо и гризките ,,Зайо Байо" 😆.А най-странното е че човека, който беше пристрастен към сладкото, сега не кусва нищо сладко, дори и сладоледа не го блазни...
Настроени сме оптимистично, вярваме, че всичко ще е наред, дори имаме смелостта да броим времето което остава до прибирането ни вкъщи.

Hello dear donors.It's been a long time since I've shared news about Joro's treatment and condition, for which I apologize.I couldn't help but do so today, when it's 100 days since the transplant, which took place on May 7th.Joro went through a very rough time - whole body radiation and aggressive chemotherapy in very high doses to completely destroy his bone marrow with no chance of recovery, almost constant nausea and abdominal pain, nearly 40 days of total denial of food and water, fever, intestinal bacteria, zero blood counts, severe leg pain, weakness to the point of not being able to get up, palpitations, high blood pressure, sepsis and septic shock, itching all over his body as a reaction to the donor cells, emotional hypersensitivity, herpes Zoster....
Today on the 100th day everything is left behind, I'm sure we don't even remember some of the hard moments.I pray that the scariest part is over, even though it will be scary for me for another 2 years, with every test, every blood donation for follow up, every time he is not well...
At the moment we go to the hospital once a week for sampling, examination and adjusting the doses of the medication that Joro takes daily, and with every sickness we have daily tests and infusions.At the end of August or beginning of September we will have another myelogram - bone marrow sampling.
Now he feels fine, for the first time in 11 months he has hair, he eats, talks and plays with his friends, we take walks at dusk...He misses home, the lively contact with his family and friends, pork and grizzies ,,Zayo Bayo" 😆.And the strangest thing is that the man who was addicted to sweets, now does not bite anything sweet, even ice cream does not please him...
We are optimistic, we believe that everything will be fine, we even have the courage to count the time until we get home.
