How much does it cost to create a campaign?
Creating and running a campaign is free. The platform does not take a commission on donations by card or PayPal. Card processor fees for processing the payment are deducted automatically.
What campaigns do you approve?
Campaigns for treatment, medicines and rehabilitation, as well as social causes from the platform's categories: children and adolescents, family, animals, art and society, sports and others. Every campaign needs a specific description, photos and a clearly named beneficiary.
What documents are needed?
For medical campaigns: a medical report or other medical documentation. Non-medical campaigns have no mandatory documents, but the description must be specific. The team tells you exactly what is missing and helps you gather it.
How long does approval take?
Every campaign is read by a person from the team. If something needs to be added, we contact you before publication. After approval the campaign is public and accepts donations immediately.
How does the team help with the campaign?
After you submit, the team contacts you and helps with the text, the photos, the documents and the way you present your story. We remain available throughout the campaign.
How does PavelAndreev.ORG promote campaigns?
We publish medical campaigns on the platform's social media pages, where they reach donors who do not know you. The strongest channel remains sharing by the donors themselves, so we advise you on when and where to spread the campaign together with us.
Can I receive donations from abroad?
Yes. Campaigns on PavelAndreev.ORG can receive online donations from donors in different countries, regardless of where the organiser or the donor is.
When can I use the funds raised?
You do not have to wait for the end of the campaign. You can request a payout at any time, and it will be processed within 1 working day. For medical campaigns we pay directly to the hospital, and for non-medical campaigns to the campaign organiser.
Can I create a free campaign for someone else?
Yes. You can register with your name. You will be the campaign initiator, and during the launch of the campaign the system will ask you to fill in the name of the beneficiary.
What happens if I do not reach the goal?
If the target amount is not raised, the campaign initiator can use the available amount for the needs of the campaign, in line with the rules of the platform. If the amount raised is not enough and the specific cause cannot be carried out, there are two options: to look for additional funding, and during that time the amount stays on the platform for an indefinite period and is not lost, or to transfer it to another campaign on the platform.
