Hello, dear people.
My name is Iuliana Ilieva, 45 years old from the village of. I'm 45 years old. Elin Pelin. I am a single mother of three wonderful children and today I am writing to you with the last hope I have left.

During my third pregnancy in 2021 I developed severe pre-eclampsia. Since then, my kidneys began to fail. After a biopsy I was diagnosed with chronic glomerulonephritis. Treatment with corticosteroids failed to stop the deterioration and my creatinine reached 840. Today I live thanks to hemodialysis.

At a time when I was losing all hope, my ex-husband himself wished to become my donor.
But transplantation is impossible in Bulgaria because we are not married and do not live together. The only chance is an operation in Turkey the amount is unaffordable for my family.

I struggle every day to stay by my children. To see them grow up. To be their support, their mother... their life.
