My name is Török Irma Török,husband Török Attila,we are the parents of Nemes Timea,from Târgu-Mureș.Our daughter is fighting since 2022 with a very serious disease:Non-Hodgins lymphoma.Timea is the mother of a 4 year old girl,but her serious disease has separated her from her daughter.She underwent surgery in 2022 in Istanbul,followed by heavy chemo therapy sessions for a year.She had maintenance therapy every 2 months with Maptera.Following this treatment her body started to weaken and have feverish states.

Timea,who was an active,sociable,well-educated young woman with a university degree,fluent in three languages,became since December a being who lost her previous life,she could no longer speak,walk,feed and take care of herself.Since January 5 she has been in our care,the care of her parents,aged 61 and 67.I,the father,have beaten cancer twice:in 2022 and 2024.

Since April 5,Tima's condition has worsened even more,and she became unconscious.We brought her by ambulance,under the supervision of an ITA doctor to Istanbul.Since then,she has been in intensive care at Medipol Istanbul Hospital for 30 days.She has a strong lung and brain infection with encephalopathy.She has undergone many costly and painful investigations and treatments.The doctors are amazed at how her weak and frail body has stood up to the fight against the powerful infection.The infection,which almost killed her,has put her body to a severe test,but the hardest test is yet to come:the battle for her soul and mind.

A very long and costly physical and neurological rehabilitation will follow.We, the parents, are gathering all our strength to save our daughter,our prayer has become prayer.We are not asking for the impossible.We are only asking for a chance.A chance for Timea to come back to her daughter and say to her:I LOVE YOU!
