Привет от най-смелото и борбено момиченце ! 🙋♀️ 🫶
От вчера Ирен е в болницата с добри показатели и в готовност за втория курс с имунотерапията,който започна преди малко. Заради силната болка и алергия,която имаше при първия курс този ще продължи по-дълго като часове на вливане ( вместо за 8ч. Ирен ще трябва да остане в това положение 12ч.)
Молим се тази път всичко да мине по-леко,безболезнено и без усложнения ! 🙏
Резултатите от ЯМР и Пет скенера са готови и най-вече перфектни ! 🍀 💝
От разчета на ЯМР става ясно,че има регресия на остатъчни НЕАКТИВНИ метостази. Т.е. НАМАЛЯТ !
От Пет скенера заключението е,че Ирен НЯМА АКТИВНИ РАКОВИ КЛЕТКИ,НЯМА ПРОГРЕСИЯ НА БОЛЕСТТА и НЯМА ОСТАТЪЧНИ ТУМОРИ !
Бяхме доста притеснени впредвид факта,че знаехме от предишните резултати,че Ирен НЯМА метастази !
Днес имахме среща с редиолога,който ни обясни двата резултата. Цитирам го:
Ирен получава перфектен резултат от лечението. Това,което се вижда на ЯМР са остатъци от метастази,които при някой пациенти остават при някой намалят, в нашия случай намалят. Важното е,че не са се увеличили ,не са активни и няма нови ! Това ни интересува ! Това е като белег от рана !
На въпроса ми, към лекуващия екип на Ирен,който беше зададен и преди 2 месеца отново получихме същият отговор - Ирен НЯМА метастази !
Става ясно,че неактивните метастази не ги броят за метастази !
Каква радост... 🥲 пак има сълзи от щастие...
Молитвите ни бяха чути,а благодарение на всички вас,които вярвате в Ирен бяха изпълнени ! 😇
Лечението продължава по план като следват още 4 имунотерапии+4 химиотерапии,които се правят взаимно.
Благодарим,че не се отказвате да подкрепяте детето ни ! 🤝🏻🫶 🫂
Тя се справя отлично с тежкото лечение,което повярвайте е непосилно за един човек ! 💔
До преди дни си задавахме въпроса : Защо ? Защо детето ми ? Как ? До кога ? Още колко болка ? Вече не търсим отговор...Не,че сме се примирили,просто нямаме друг избор.. знаем,че трябва да извървим този път за да живее ТЯ, нашата обич и любов -Ирен !
Вече живеем с надеждата и вярата,че хубавите дни продстоят !

Since yesterday Irene is in the hospital with good indicators and ready for the second course of immunotherapy,which started a little while ago. Because of the severe pain and allergy she had during the first course this one will last longer in terms of infusion hours ( instead of 8hrs Irene will have to stay in this position for 12hrs).
We pray that this time everything will go more smoothly,painlessly and without complications ! 🙏
The results of the MRI and Pet scanner are ready and mostly perfect ! 🍀 💝
From the MRI reading it is clear,that there is regression of residual NON-ACTIVE metastases. I.e. DECREASE !
The conclusion from the Five Scanner is that Irene has NO ACTIVE CANCER CELLS,NO PROGRESSION OF DISEASE and NO RESIDUAL TUMORS !
We were quite worried in view of the fact that we knew from previous results that Irene had NO metastases !
Today we had an appointment with the radiologist,who explained the two results. I quote him:
Irene gets a perfect result from the treatment. What can be seen on the MRI are remnants of metastases,which in some patients remain in some patients diminish, in our case diminish. The important thing is that they have not increased, they are not active and there are no new ones ! This is what we are interested in ! It's like a scar from a wound !
To my question to Irene's treatment team, which was asked 2 months ago, we got the same answer again - Irene has NO metastases !
It is clear that inactive metastases do not count as metastases !
What joy... 🥲 again there are tears of happiness...
Our prayers have been answered,and thanks to all of you who believe in Irene they have been answered ! 😇
The treatment continues as planned with 4 more immunotherapies+4 chemotherapies to follow,which are done mutually.

She is doing great with the tough treatment,which believe is overwhelming for one person ! 💔
Till a few days ago we were asking the question : Why ? Why my child ? How ? Until when ? How much more pain ? We are no longer looking for an answer...It's not that we have resigned ourselves to it, we just have no other choice... we know that we have to walk this path for HER, our love and affection - Irene - to live !
We now live in hope and faith that the good days will last !
