Здравейте, хора с големи сърца! ❤️ Лечението на заболяването на Марти, не протече в хода, който беше предвиден първоначално и преди да пристъпим към нужната животоспасяваща трансплантация на костен мозък, беше възникнала бактериална инфекция в организма му, имаше отделно и прекарана пневмония, която се беше усложнила и се стигна до плеврална пункция на бял дроб и последващото дълго лечение за овладяване на всички инфекции в организма. Така процеса по започването към същинската част-трансплантацията се забави с повече от два месеца. Едновременно с лечението на инфекциитe, се проведоха няколко протокола за лечение на заболяването на Марти със изключително силна химиотерапия, които бяха неуспешни-лимфомите бяха резистентни. Последва и друго лечение с таргетна терапия- отново неуспешно. Лимфомите не се повлияха и от нея. На 09.06 се проведе и последна изключително тежка и изтощаваща организма му химиотерапия, с много силни химии и медикаменти, която пак за съжаление не даде отговор на лечението. След направена томография, редица изследвания и прегледи се установи, че кръвта е изчистена, но лимфните възли на ингвинална, шийна област и под мишниците отново започнаха да се подуват. Там все още имаше активни ракови клетки. В такива случаи, когато организма не реагира на нито един направен протокол на лечение, дори с най-силните медикаменти, се пристъпва към търсене на специален екип професионалисти, които извършват такъв специфичен тип трансплантации. Такъв беше намерен и от 28.06 Марти беше настанен спешно в болница "Biruni Üniversite Hastanesi"- Истанбул. На 29.06 започна спешна подготовка за трансплантация, включваща много силни медикаменти-химиотерапия, много от които изключително скъпи както и лъчетерапия. Бъдете здрави и нека Марти бъде в молитвите ви! ☘️☘️☘️🙏🙏🙏 Hello, people with big hearts! ❤️ The treatment of Marty's illness did not go as originally planned and before we could proceed with the necessary life-saving bone marrow transplant, a bacterial infection had developed in his body, and he had a separate bout of pneumonia that had become complicated and led to a pleural puncture of the lung and the subsequent long treatment to control all the infections in the body. So the process of getting started to the actual transplant part was delayed by more than two months. Simultaneously with the treatment of the infections, there were several protocols to treat Marty's disease with extremely strong chemotherapy that were unsuccessful-the lymphomas were resistant. This was followed by another treatment with targeted therapy-again unsuccessful. The lymphomas did not respond to it either. On 09.06 he had a final extremely severe and draining chemotherapy, with very strong chemo and drugs, which again unfortunately did not respond to treatment. After a CT scan, a number of tests and examinations it was found that the blood had cleared but the lymph nodes of the inguinal, cervical area and under the arms had started to swell again. In such cases, when the body does not respond to any treatment protocol, even with the strongest medications, the search for a special team of professionals who perform such specific type of transplants is resorted to. Such a team was found and from 28.06. Marty was urgently admitted to Biruni Üniversite Hastanesi Hospital - Istanbul. On 29.06 an urgent preparation for transplantation was started, including very strong medications-chemotherapy, many of them extremely expensive as well as radiotherapy.
