Габи постъпи за пореден курс следоперативна химиотерапия Gabby was admitted for another course of postoperative chemotherapy
Днес (22.05.23) Габи постъпи в болницата за 4ти курс следоперативна химиотерапия от общо 6 назначени. Много мина, мъничко остана.
През последните седмици редовно се проследяваха кръвните й показатели, но не бяха в границите, които да позволяват стартиране на този курс. Това, за жалост, отново ни забави от предварително предначертания график. Този курс химиотерапия трябваше да стартира през първата седмица на Май.
Междувременно Габи не спираше с физиотерапията и ежедневните упражнения. За щастие, за времето, в което бе извън болницата, тя е успяла да качи 2кг. и вече е 39кг. Когато си изправен пред такова агресивно лечение, всеки килограм е от значение. Ако този курс химиотерапия протече без усложнения, Габи ще бъде изписана след ден, два от постъпването.

Today (22.05.23) Gabby was admitted to the hospital for the 4th course of postoperative chemotherapy out of 6 scheduled. A lot passed, a little bit left.
Her blood counts have been monitored regularly over the last few weeks, but were not in the range to start this course. This, unfortunately, has delayed us again from the pre-designed schedule. This course of chemotherapy was to start the first week of May.
In the meantime, Gabby kept up with physical therapy and daily exercise. Fortunately, in the time she was out of the hospital, she was able to gain 2lbs and is now 39lbs. When you are facing such aggressive treatment, every pound counts. If this course of chemotherapy goes without complications, Gabby will be discharged in a day or two of admission.
