Петя и дъщеричката ѝ вече са в Истанбул, в болница Аджибадем и очакват решението на докторите и комисията. Въпреки, че от изследванията тук потвърдиха, че Ирина е подходящ донор на майка си, на място се оказа, че дробът ѝ е много малък и е най-добре да се търси друг донор с кръвна група А или 0 на възраст между 18 и 55 години, но уви, такъв не намерихме. Събра се комисия и направиха нови изчисления. Решиха, че ще направят трансплантацията. Сега направиха биопсия на дъщеричката ѝ и очакваме окончателните резултати, за да се пристъпи към процедурата. Дарителската кампания не е затворена, тъй като освен основната сума за трансплантацията, се налагат редица животоспасяващи и предварителни процедури за Петя.

Petya and her little daughter are now in Istanbul, in Ajibadem Hospital, waiting for the decision of the doctors and the committee. Although the tests here confirmed that Irina is a suitable donor for her mother, it turned out on the spot that her lung is very small and it is best to look for another donor with blood group A or 0 between the ages of 18 and 55, but alas, we did not find one. A committee met and new calculations were made. They decided that they would do the transplant. Now they have done a biopsy on her daughter and we are waiting for the final results to proceed with the procedure. The donation campaign is not closed as there are a number of life saving and preliminary procedures for Petya in addition to the basic transplant amount.
