Hello, good people. My name is Nevim and I am fighting for my husband's life. Aidan Yasharov is 57 years old from Pleven. On January 23, 2023 our life turned upside down but after it was found that my husband has a malignant tumor,which is very large and can not be operated. After the biopsy he deteriorated, could not move, had difficulty speaking and swallowing. The doctors in Bulgaria said he could not have surgery and the only alternative treatment was chemo and radiation. They gave him several months to live with these therapies. I looked for specialists outside our country. With the help of staff from Medical Karadja we contacted Memorial Shishli in Istanbul. We arrived by ambulance to Memorial Shishli in an emergency.
We started treatment in Istanbul with radio and chemotherapy. The package of therapies is 16 thousand euros and separately 650 euros per day for bed,in total so far we gave 28000 euros for the treatment. With the help of relatives we raised the necessary amount to start the treatment and soon the positive results were in sight. He started to eat on his own, to talk a little, to walk with our help, we regained our hope for life, for healing. At the moment we are still in Turkey and there is one more week of 1 course therapy,but the amounts cover the treatment are already unaffordable for us. The drugs they prescribe for his chemotherapy for a month are very expensive. After a month of therapies we will be coming for MRI checkups. The attending doctor said we will come to Turkey for 1 year for checkups and continue chemotherapy.
