Вчера 15.04.2025г Никол премина всички прегледи и кръвни изследвания успешно. По график днес на 16.04 беше назначена лумбална вливка през гръбнака на стволови клетки. На 21.04 венозно и на 25.04 още веднъж лумбална.
Тази сутрин обаче Никол се събуди с температура 38° и манипулацията беше отложена, анестезиолог назначи нови изследвания и не одобри резултатите.
За щастие обаче не всичко беше отменено, Никол започна вторият курс на лечението.
Вместо лумбална беше извършена венозната вливка, която беше назначена за 21.04.
Назначено е и лечение с антибиотици и ако всичко бъде наред ще продължи вторият курс на 21.04. До тогава остава само тя да се възстанови и всичко да мине по план.
Ако ѝ действат добре, вливките може да се увеличат. Ние сме обнадеждени, веднъж вече видяхме ефекта. Надяваме се всеки следващ път Никол да се чувства все по-добре.

Yesterday 15.04.2025 Nicole passed all examinations and blood tests successfully. As scheduled, a lumbar infusion via spinal stem cell was scheduled today on 04/16. On 21.04 intravenous and on 25.04 another lumbar.
However, this morning Nicole woke up with a fever of 38° and the manipulation was postponed, the anesthesiologist ordered new tests and did not approve the results.
Fortunately though not everything was cancelled, Nicole started the second course of treatment.
Instead of the lumbar, the venous infusion was performed and scheduled for 21.04.
Antibiotic treatment was also ordered and if all goes well will continue the second course on 21.04. Until then all that is left is for her to recover and everything to go to plan.
If her infusions are working well they may be increased. We are hopeful, we have already seen the effect once. We hope that every next time Nicole will feel better and better.
