I made a mistake and donated the entire amount for the platform. How can I adjust my donation?

I received an automatic email that I had donated the full amount to the platform and 0 (zero) EUR for the campaign. What should I do?

The platform has a specially built internal system that detects such type of donations and transfers them entirely to the campaign by an administrator. You will not get another email with the corrected donation, but if it is not anonymous, you will be able to find it in the Donors section of the respective campaign.
