През януари преди 2години той претърпява операция за отстраняване на тумор в тестисите. След нея са проведени 4 химиотерапии в София, но състоянието му се влошава драстично и родителите на Тони се насочват за лечение в Турция. Там са направени нови изследвания и е взета биопсия от черен дроб. Резултатът показва и друг вид тумор, който е с различна хистологична находка, в сравнение с първичното огнище – сарком на меките тъкани. Направена е биопсия и на белия дроб и се оказва, че там има метастази от рака на тестисите. През 2020г премина дълго, но успешно лечение в Турция. За съжаление миналия месец на контролния преглед в Турция се установи, че туморът отново се е активирал с пълна сила. Веднага започна с химиотерапевтични вливки, като вече премина първите две. В момента трябва да се постави стент на бъбрека, понеже туморът го притиска и има висок риск да си загуби бъбрека. Следващата седмица ще имаме и план за втория етап от лечението. Тони веднъж победи рака и вярваме, че с ваша и Божията помощ , ще победи и този път.
Моля всеки, който може да помогне, да го направи, защото времето е пагубно за Тони! Борбата ще е дълга и трудна, но за да има положителен резултат, той трябва да започне лечение час по-скоро. Престоят в Турция ще бъде съпътстван с много разходи, като след като започне лечнието се очаква нова оферта и за следващите етапи от него.

In January 2 years ago he underwent surgery to remove a tumor in his testicles. After it, 4 chemotherapy treatments were carried out in Sofia, but his condition deteriorated drastically and Tony's parents were referred for treatment in Turkey. There new tests were done and a biopsy was taken from his liver. The result showed another type of tumour, which had different histological findings compared to the primary focus - soft tissue sarcoma. A lung biopsy was also taken and it appeared that there was metastasis from the testicular cancer. In 2020 he underwent a long but successful treatment in Turkey. Unfortunately last month at the follow up in Turkey it was found that the tumour had reactivated full force. She immediately started with chemotherapy infusions, having already passed the first two. At the moment a stent has to be placed in the kidney as the tumour is pressing on it and there is a high risk of losing the kidney. Next week we will have a plan for the second stage of treatment. Tony beat cancer once and we believe that with your help and God's help , he will beat it this time too.
I ask anyone who can help to do so because the timing is disastrous for Tony! The fight will be long and hard, but in order to have a positive outcome he needs to start treatment soon. The stay in Turkey will come with a lot of costs, and once the treatment starts a new offer is expected for the next stages of treatment.
