Беше отбелязано, че определената туморна лезия също така значително е нахлула в мускула gluteus minimus отзад. Освен това е отбелязана туморна лезия с плътност на меките тъкани, с размер приблизително 20 mm и показваща повишено усвояване на FDG, разположена в медиалните адукторни мускули на проксималния дясно бедро на по-долно ниво.

It was noted that the defined tumor lesion also significantly invaded the gluteus minimus muscle posteriorly. In addition, a soft tissue dense tumor lesion, approximately 20 mm in size and showing increased FDG uptake, was noted to be located in the medial adductor muscles of the proximal right thigh at a lower level.
Irregularly defined areas were observed in the prostate parenchyma showing heterogeneous increased PSMA activity, more pronounced in the apical section.
The medial part of the upper lobe of the right lung, the lateral part of the middle lobe of the right lung and the lower lobe of the right lung, the lower lobe of the left lung and the upper part of the lower lobe had metastases approximately 20 mm in size and with increased FDG uptake.
