Моят брат се казва Мартин Чернаев на 25 години от гр.Бургас и се нуждае спешно от вашата помощ! Той страда от остро, бързо развиващо се онкохематологично заболяване: ( С84.5 ) Т- клетъчен лимфом.
Марти е млад, интелигентен, възпитан, добър, сърцат и състрадателен човек, завършил висшето си образование в родния град Бургас, точно когато чува тежката диагноза и живота му се обръща напълно. Вместо да поеме гладко и устремено по своя житейски път, упражнявайки и прилагайки знанията си от наученото в Университета, практикувайки професия, свързана с туризма, каквато е й специалността му, той се изправя пред трудната задача да се бори за живота си!
Разбрахме за коварното заболяване на брат ми след ходене и обикаляне по болници, лекари, кабинети, множество направени изследвания, скенери, биопсия на лимфен възел от ингвинална област, хоспитализация в Болница в Пловдив и въпреки всички лутания и ходене по мъките докторите вдигаха рамене и не знаеха напълно, какво точно е заболяването на Марти. А болестта от своя страна продължаваше да се развива, започнала само с леко подуване зад лявото ухо с размер на малко топче, колкото грахово зърно и постепенно това подуване обхващащо цялата шийна област, врат, подмишници, ингвинална област, което ставаше болезнено и дискомфортно.
Общото състояние на организма му отслабваше ден след ден. Брат ми започваше да губи жизнеността си, почти през цялото време спеше, болестта с редицата й симптоми като умора, отпадналост, нощно изпотяване, рязко отслабване, подуване на лимфни възли, температура ни сигнализираше, че нещо не е наред. Нямахме повече време за губене и лутане. На 7 декември 2023г. брат ми заедно с майка ми заминаха за Истанбул, където след редица изследвания, скенери и прегледи при специалисти се установи за 3 дни какво точно е заболяването, от което Марти страда.
Оказа се бързо разпростиращ се Т-клетъчен лимфом, който след направен ПЕТ скенер (PET-СТ) декември месец 2023г. се установи, че се е разпространил из всички вътрешни и периферни органи.
Последваха 5 мъчителни курса на химиотерапия в Университетска болница в Истанбул “İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital “ Имаше малко подобрение след направения 4 курс на химиотерапия. Това беше и надеждата ни за изцеление, но след направения последващ 5 курс на химиотерапия се оказа, че въпреки тежките химикали, които вливат, те се оказват неефикасни и не влияят на периферните органи, каквито са ингвинална област и под мишниците. В тези зони лимфните възли продължаваха да се подуват и да стават все по-големи и болезнени.
Няколко дни след това чухме най-тежкото за нас- трансплантация на костен мозък. Лъчът светлина за пълното излекуване и изцеление от коварната болест дойде от болница в Истанбул, където ще бъде направена трансплантацията на костен мозък.
Сумата, която е необходима, за да продължи лечението е 130 000 евро и е непосилна за семейството. На 1 април 2024г. направиха генетични изследвания за сходство на мен и моята майка, чиято цел е да се установи, дали ще можем да бъдем донори на костен мозък и да помогнем на Марти да живее пълноценно и отново прекрасната му усмивка да е на лицето! Очакваме нашите изследванията до дни, като отделно с това се търси сходство и с други донори в Регистър по трансплантациите на костен мозък.

My brother's name is Martin Chernaev, 25 years old from Burgas and he needs your help urgently! He is suffering from an acute, rapidly developing oncohematological disease: ( C84.5 ) T-cell lymphoma.
Marty is a young, intelligent, well-mannered, kind-hearted and compassionate person, who finished his higher education in his hometown of Burgas, just when he heard the severe diagnosis and his life turned completely around. Instead of embarking on his life's journey smoothly and purposefully, practicing and applying his knowledge from what he learned at the University, practicing a profession related to tourism, which is his specialty, he faces the difficult task of fighting for his life!
We found out about my brother's insidious disease after going around and around to hospitals, doctors, surgeries, numerous tests, scans, biopsy of a lymph node from the inguinal area, hospitalization in the Hospital in Plovdiv and despite all the wandering and walking around the doctors shrugged their shoulders and did not fully know what exactly was Marty's disease. And the disease in turn continued to progress, starting with only a slight swelling behind the left ear the size of a small ball, as big as a pea, and gradually this swelling covering the entire neck area, neck, armpits, inguinal area, becoming painful and uncomfortable.
The general condition of his body was weakening day by day. My brother was beginning to lose his vitality, he was sleeping almost all the time, the illness with its array of symptoms like fatigue, tiredness, night sweats, sudden weight loss, swollen lymph nodes, fever was signalling to us that something was wrong. We had no more time to waste and wander. On December 7, 2023, my brother and my mother traveled to Istanbul where, after a series of tests, scans and examinations with specialists, it was determined in 3 days exactly what the illness was that Marty was suffering from.
It turned out to be rapidly spreading T-cell lymphoma, which after a PET scan (PET-CT) in December 2023 was found to have spread throughout all internal and peripheral organs.
This was followed by 5 excruciating courses of chemotherapy at İstanbul University Hospital "İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital " There was little improvement after the 4th course of chemotherapy was done. This was our hope for healing, but after doing the subsequent 5th course of chemotherapy, it turned out that despite the heavy chemicals they infused, they proved to be ineffective and did not affect the peripheral organs, which are the inguinal region and under arms. In these areas the lymph nodes continued to swell and become increasingly large and painful.
A few days after that we heard the worst news of all- bone marrow transplant. The ray of light for a complete cure and healing from this insidious disease came from a hospital in Istanbul where the bone marrow transplant would be performed.
The amount needed to continue the treatment is 130,000 euros and is unaffordable for the family. On April 1, 2024, they did genetic similarity tests on me and my mother, the purpose of which is to find out if we can be bone marrow donors and help Marty live a full life and have that beautiful smile on his face again! We are expecting our research in a few days, and separately we are also looking to match him with other donors on the Bone Marrow Transplant Registry.
