Здравейте, казвам се Росица и спешно набирам средства за лечението на моята сестра Величка Маринкова в чужбина. Вили е любяща майка, сестра и дъщеря. Тя е само на 39 години.
До миналото лято тя беше напълно здрава. Отглеждаше сина си и жевееше нормален и продуктивен живот.
Юли 2023 светът й се срина, когато на рутинен преглед бе диагностицирана с рак на двете гърди – това е изключително рядко явление (10% от жените се сблъскват с рак на двете гърди едновременно).
В този момент целия свят ми се преобърна на 360 градуса, както този на Вили и нейният син.
Последваха биопсии, които нанесоха още един удар – казаха ни, че ракът на дясната гърда е тройно нискодиференциран – най-агресивният рак и трябва да се действа бързо.
Започна се лечение с химио и имунотерапия в Сити Клиник, която бе последвана от спешна операция Декември 2023 – мастектомия на двете гърди, тъй като лечението не даваше очакваният от докторите резултат. Последва възстановителен период от около месец и и бе назначено ново лечение с още химия и имунотерапия.
Преди 3-та следоперативна химия – 16 февруари 2024 бе направен скенер, който показа петна на билият дроб. Последва ново хирургична интервенция в Токуда – този път на бял дроб и резултатите от имунохистохимията показват метастатичен карциом на белият дроб, никодиференциран. Въпросният метастатичен карциом бе потвърдено, че е от тройно негативният рак, което предполага спешни мерки и лечението не търпи отлагане.
Взимайки под внимание лечението проведено до тук и съветите от лекарите наблюдаващия от самото начало бяхме посъветвани, че случаят не търпи отлагана и трябва да се поиска второ и трето мнение в чужбина.
Свързахме се със различни болници в Турция и Кралство Великобритания, средствата, които се изискват за спешното лечение не са по силите и възможностите на Вили и затова Ви моля за спешна помощ. До часове трябва да съберем не малката сума от 15,000 EUR за стартиране на лечението, което е поетапно и болницата не може да даде крайна цена.
Става въпрос за сума не по-малка сума от 80,000 евро или равностойността в лева е около 155,000.
Искрено Ви моля да отворите сърцата си и всеки да помогне с колкото може, за да продължим нашата битка за живот със Вили и не само да я продължим, но до я спечелим!
Hello, my name is Rositsa and I am urgently raising funds for the treatment of my sister Velichka Marinkova abroad. Vili is a loving mother, sister and daughter. She is only 39 years old.
Until last summer she was perfectly healthy. She was raising her son and living a normal and productive life.
July 2023 her world came crashing down when she was diagnosed with cancer in both breasts at a routine checkup - this is extremely rare (10% of women get cancer in both breasts at the same time).
In that moment my whole world turned 360 degrees, as did that of Willy and her son.
The biopsies that followed dealt another blow - we were told that the cancer in the right breast was triple low grade - the most aggressive cancer and we needed to act fast.
We started treatment with chemo and immunotherapy at City Clinic which was followed by emergency surgery December 2023 - mastectomy of both breasts as the treatment was not giving the result the doctors expected. A recovery period of about a month followed and a new treatment with more chemo and immunotherapy was ordered.
Prior to the 3rd post-operative chemo - 16 February 2024 a scan was done which showed spots on the lung. This was followed by another surgery at Tokuda - this time on the lung and the immunohistochemistry results showed metastatic carcinoma of the lung, undifferentiated. The metastatic carcinoma in question was confirmed to be a triple negative cancer, suggesting urgent measures and treatment would not be delayed.
Taking into account the treatment carried out so far and the advice from the supervising doctors from the outset we were advised that the case did not bear delay and a second and third opinion should be sought abroad.
We have contacted various hospitals in Turkey and the UK, the funds required for the emergency treatment are not within Willy's means and capabilities and so I am asking for your urgent help. Within hours we need to raise the not insignificant sum of 15,000 EUR to start the treatment which is phased and the hospital cannot give a final price.
We are talking about a sum of not less than 80,000 euros or the equivalent in euros is about 155,000.
I sincerely ask you to open your hearts and everyone to help as much as they can so that we can continue our fight for life with Willy and not only continue it, but win it!
