I thank all the donors and wish them and their loved ones good health. I am conducting another cycle of new therapy. I may be repeating myself but so the pancreas is one of the most aggressive and recalcitrant to treatment. The first therapy, which was the strongest did not respond. The tumor marker CA 19-9 went from 3000 for two months, through 5000 and finally 7000. For comparison the upper reference value of a healthy person is 36. No, I didn't mess up the zeros😔

With the new therapy, after two cycles-2 months it is 14,000. That is, twice as high. For the moment the professor reassures me it could have been from tumor decay, but I read constantly and know it's good to be dropping already . And not drastically to raise. But reassurance comes to me that we can apply other methods not generally practiced: local treatment, ablation, etc. That's all I remembered. It smiles and gives me strength and peace of mind. The liver is still greatly enlarged, which prevents me from walking. Only in the supine position do I have any comfort.

Painkillers I drink as an exception to not strain my liver. I keep my ACAT and ALT readings in the normal range because if they go up the chemo is stopped. This is from me.
