Преди 3 години, през 2020 година, когато Цвети е едва на 30 години, започва да получава изтръпване на крайниците, губи зрение в едното око, често започва да ѝ се вие свят. След последвалите изследвания получава диагнозата „Множествена склероза“.
Това е прогресивно автоимунно заболяване на централната нервна система. Характеризира се с нарушаване комуникацията между нервните клетки на главния и гръбначния мозък. Това от своя страна води до коварна симптоматика и неминуемо до трайно обездвижване. В търсене на облекчение на болките, Цвети преминава през множество терапии с променлив резултат. За съжаление болестта прогресира и през последните няколко месеца състоянието ѝ се влошава. Започва да изпитва затруднения при ходене и да се уморява лесно. Става ѝ все по-трудно да се справя с ежедневните си задължения.
Терапията, която не просто може да стопира болестта, а и да подобри състоянието на Цвети, се нарича HSCT(Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation). Тя представлява комбинация от химиотерапия и трансплантация на собствени стволови клетки, чиято роля е да изгради наново имунната ѝ система.
Цялото лечение и престой в Клиниката по хематология на Националния медицински център „Пирогов“ в Москва ще струва 50 000 евро.
Стойността на това лечение е висока, но ние вярваме, че заедно можем да помогнем на Цвети. Нека върнем надеждата ѝ за един нормален живот!

3 years ago, in 2020, when Tsveti was only 30 years old, she started to get numbness in her limbs, lost vision in one eye, and often started to feel dizzy. After further tests she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
This is a progressive autoimmune disease of the central nervous system. It is characterized by a breakdown in communication between the nerve cells of the brain and spinal cord. This in turn leads to insidious symptomatology and inevitably to permanent immobilization. In search of pain relief, Cvetti underwent multiple therapies with variable results. Unfortunately, the disease has progressed and over the past few months her condition has worsened. She began to have difficulty walking and tired easily. She is finding it increasingly difficult to manage her daily activities.
The therapy that can not only stop the disease, but also improve Tsveti's condition is called HSCT(Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation). It is a combination of chemotherapy and a transplant of her own stem cells, whose role is to rebuild her immune system.
The entire treatment and stay at the Hematology Clinic of the Pirogov National Medical Center in Moscow will cost 50,000 euros.
The cost of this treatment is high, but we believe that together we can help Tsveti. Let's bring back her hope for a normal life!
