Влошено състояние Deteriorated condition

Hello friends, for a long time I have not written anything about my health condition, because we had treatment 6 courses of chemo + immunotherapy, which we conducted here in Bulgaria (Panagyurishte) unfortunately we expected to have good results from 6 courses of chemo and immunotherapy , but alas I did not even get the slightest relief, even I have new metastases in the lung.

On 07.On 07.12.2023 they decided to do a Pet scan,results of it they said were satisfactory and,that things were under control,but I was getting worse started a cough which has not stopped till today,they decided to admit me to gastroenterology and did an endoscopy,which shows, that the oesophagus is blocked by the tumour and everything I eat goes back up it and when it is blocked it all goes into the trachea and that's why I cough all the time, they said in a nutshell your condition is very complicated and dangerous because you can choke, look for a chest surgeon to see you!!!

The next day I was ordered a new scan of three areas neck,chest and abdomen,and there was the new metastasis!??? And I ask how 07.12.2023,five scanner was ok,and on 18.12. new metastases appeared?

After all the shock we had we sent all the scanner documents to my oncologist in Turkey to have a look. A consilium was scheduled by him and the decision from him came very soon and it is to do 20 radiotherapy treatments there which we have to start as soon as possible. We don't know what to do but we have to act fast.

I appeal again to all of you my friends and acquaintances once again for help,Cancer is an insidious,disease and the treatment is long and difficult sometimes with unpredictable things, who with what can help I will attach and the proforma which sent for 20 treatments. I believe,that we will raise the amount and that I will leave as soon as possible,🙏🙏🙏🙏Don't leave me and now,when I need so much support and courage in this hard battle🙏🙏🙏🙏 Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💓💓💓
