The Required Amount for Emo’s Treatment Has Been Raised

Emo is a 13-year-old boy with dreams, a love for learning, and a passion for horseback riding. Instead of spending his days in the schoolyard, he now spends them undergoing hemodialysis, fighting a rare genetic disease affecting his liver and kidneys.

An extremely difficult journey lies ahead of him – two consecutive transplants: first a liver transplant, followed by a kidney transplant. His mother, Silvia, made the bravest decision a parent can make – to become a donor for both organs, giving her son a chance to live.

At a moment when fear and uncertainty felt overwhelming, thousands of people reached out with support.
Through the PavelAndreev.ORG platform, more than 2 785 donors united and raised over €113 078. The campaign also received additional support from the Fund for Treatment of Children Abroad, which contributed €7 000.

Today we can share an important piece of good news – the required amount has been successfully raised. The family is now preparing the necessary documents for the transplants and is awaiting a date for the preoperative examinations from the hospital. This is a huge step forward in Emo’s fight for life.

The PavelAndreev.ORG team and Emo’s family express their sincere gratitude to all donors.
