What I haven't shared with you is that I sought a second opinion from a pediatric neurologist, as there was no change neurologically for a long time and the words I heard were refusal of surgery.

And time passes, the joint regresses and starts to cause pain and discomfort to Moni.

The diagnosis was confirmed, so were the seizures, but a new medication was included that promised good results...

At first Moni vepgo tolerated well and we had to stop it, I went back to the neuro who has been following her for 5 years and again the EEG was abnormal and again refusal of intervention...

So I decided to visit Dr Krebs in Vienna, a lower limb specialist, to hear his opinion too, the risks we are taking for this illegal surgery.

He is of the opinion that the operation should take place as early as September, we have no time to waste and that most children with such a diagnosis also have epilepsy...

I'm waiting for an offer from the hospital, and the amount for our stay there, since it's going to be almost 2 months in Vienna.
