Надежда и отчаяние Hope and despair

Hello, dear people,
It has been 1 month since we have been in Acibadem Maslak Turkey and our impressions from here are great - conditions, attitude, professionalism, actions...
After a series of tests, radiotherapy and a course of chemotherapy we have achieved a noticeable result. Sophia feels well, and visually has almost regained her aesthetic appearance.

Today, I even dared to ask the question that I think every mother in this situation has asked...what chance do they give us... The answer was encouraging, a full 50%, given that in Bulgaria we were, shall we say, written off.

Sadly though, that joy was quickly dimmed. 6 courses of chemo-immune therapy have been ordered, which will last a minimum of 6 months. 6 months away from home, away from my eldest daughter, away from my life companion. And leaving this grief aside, because the goal justifies everything comes the other thing, the huge amount of money needed for treatment, the extraordinary costs of hospital stays for recovery after the therapies, accommodation, medicines, temporary documents...

And here you come, my ray of hope. Hope for the salvation of a child who has been in hospitals since birth. Give Sofia a chance to grow up in the playgrounds, in the village, alongside her sister...
