Hello known and unknown good people!

I wish all of you health who stopped by to read another painful story. The mother of Gergana Mihailova writes to you. God is my witness, how hard it is to find the right words when your child needs 56000 EUR for another life-saving operation in Turkey and you don't have it.

For my Geri in 2017, fate handed her a cruel test - a tumor in her head diagnosed with osteosarcoma. Her life was turned upside down, but she didn't give up. She went through six surgeries, radiotherapy and proton therapy, dozens of tests and consultations at home and abroad. Unfortunately, the tumor kept reappearing. And each successive surgery became more and more complicated and difficult. And now more of the SAME is to come! And, to make it even more complicated and difficult, this time it will be two in one - tumor removal and plastic surgery.

Since the last surgery in August 2023, the skin on the operated area has thinned, the titanium plate has begun to peek through, and it is now exposed. The situation is a stalemate!

Up to this point Geri had been coping stoically. She did not complain, she recovered quickly. I don't know another person with such a strong spirit and will to live. Who knows her knows that she is cheerful, sociable, warm-hearted, smiling, generous, always ready to help.

Now she needs help again!
