Пиша ви като баща, с огромна благодарност за подкрепата, която досега ни оказвате в тази най-тежка битка за живота на нашето дете – Джулияна. Благодарение на вас стигнахме дотук и тя вече премина през две вливки и няколко курса химиотерапия.
Беше ѝ направен ЯМР. Резултатите са сравнително добри — туморът не се е увеличил, но и не се е свил. Най-важното е, че силните болки в корема, които я измъчваха, вече ги няма. Това за нас е знак, че лечението дава ефект.
След консилиум с лекарите беше взето решение, че химиотерапията действа, но е нужно да се увеличи дозата, за да се постигне по-осезаем резултат. За да може организмът ѝ да издържи на тази по-силна химиотерапия, ще бъдат взети стволови клетки от нейния костен мозък, които ще се пречистят и замразят. След лечението същите нейни клетки ще ѝ бъдат върнати, за да подпомогнат възстановяването ѝ. Това е изключително важно, защото няма риск от отхвърляне – ще бъдат използвани само нейните собствени клетки.
За съжаление, пред нас стои ново финансово предизвикателство – необходимо е да съберем още 30 000 евро. Средствата ни вече са изчерпани. Молим ви от сърце — помогнете ни да дадем на Джулияна шанс да се пребори. Всяко дарение, всяко споделяне, всяка добра дума е лъч надежда за нашето семейство.

I am writing to you as a father, with immense gratitude for the support you have given us so far in this most difficult battle for the life of our child - Juliana. Thanks to you, we have made it this far and she has already gone through two infusions and several courses of chemotherapy.
She had an MRI. The results are relatively good - the tumor hasn't grown, but it hasn't shrunk either. Most importantly, the severe abdominal pain that plagued her is gone. This is a sign for us that the treatment is having an effect.
After a consilium with the doctors, it was decided that the chemotherapy was working, but the dose needed to be increased to achieve a more tangible result. In order for her body to withstand this stronger chemotherapy, stem cells will be taken from her bone marrow to be purified and frozen. After treatment, her same cells will be returned to her to aid her recovery. This is extremely important because there is no risk of rejection - only her own cells will be used.
Unfortunately, we are facing a new financial challenge - we need to raise another EUR 30 000. Our funds are already exhausted. We ask you from the bottom of our hearts - help us to give Juliana a fighting chance. Every donation, every sharing, every kind word is a ray of hope for our family.
