Скоро не сме публикували новини за него, но програмата му е доста натоварена.
Всеки 2 седмици Божидар посещава рехабилитационен център Ribem Riskli Bebek Danışma Merkezi, където прави интензивна физиотерапия за 12 дни по 2 пъти на ден. Както всички вече знаем, нашето момче е истински герой и се справя изключително добре, като бавно, но славно бележи напредък. Все още най-важен в момента е контролът на главата, за което се работи активно. В България с Божидар също работи физиотерапевт и от другия месец започва да посещава и рехабилитационен център.
Миналия месец, докато бяхме в Турция, минахме и контролни прегледи при педиатър, невролог и офталмолог. От направеното ЕЕГ няма индикации на този етап за епилептична дейност на мозъка, но продължаваме с профилактичната терапия, тъй като Божидар е изключително рисков за възникването на такава. Неврологично също има напредък в състоянието му. Състоянието на очите също се подобрява, но на този етап не може все още да се каже дали и какво зрение ще има и продължаваме да го следим.
Направени му бяха и специални възглавници, които да подпомогнат правилното му позициониране при упражненията, които правим вкъщи, както и при разходките навън с количката.

"Hello, Angels of Bozidar!
We haven't posted any news about him recently, but his schedule has been quite busy.
Every 2 weeks Bozidar visits Ribem Riskli Bebek Danışma Merkezi Rehabilitation Center, where he does intensive physiotherapy for 12 days 2 times a day. As we all already know, our boy is a real hero and is doing extremely well, slowly but gloriously making progress. Still most important at the moment is head control, which is being actively worked on. A physiotherapist is also working with Bozhidar in Bulgaria and from next month he will also start attending a rehabilitation centre.
Last month, while we were in Turkey, we also had check-ups with a paediatrician, neurologist and ophthalmologist. From the EEG done, there is no indication at this stage of epileptic brain activity, but we are continuing with prophylactic therapy as Bozhidar is extremely at risk for developing one. Neurologically there is also progress in his condition. His eye condition is also improving, but at this stage it is not yet possible to say if and what vision he will have and we continue to monitor him.
Special cushions have also been made for him to assist with correct positioning for the exercises we do at home and for the walks outside with the pram.
