С Матей усилено продължаваме с рехабилитациите всеки ден. Лечението все така включва комплексна физиотерапия и рехабилитация: кинезитерапия по Войта, Бобат, ерготерапия-вестибуларно стимулиране, електростимулации на дясна ръка и десен крак, логопед и Монтесори терапия.
Неврокинезиологичен статус: Активни движения –При оглед в тилен лег-Центрира позицията. Фиксира и следи в двете посоки. Предпочита лява ръчичка, завърта се до лицев лег. В лицев лег - заема четириопорен стоеж, пръсти в дясно леко флектирани. Лази в хоризонталата, с леко флектирана в лакътната става дясна ръка. Заема стоеж на колене с опора. Изправя се с опора от стоеж на колене до прав стоеж, през ляв крак. Ходи странично, държейки се за неподвижна опора, и стъпвайки с десния крак на пръсти.
Пасивни движения- в пълен обем в тестуваните стави на крайниците, леко затруднени за десни крайници. Мускулен тонус-повишен за антигравитационни мускули, повече в дясно. Ашуърт за дорзална флексия в дясна глезенна става-2 степен.
Сухожилни и надкостни рефлекси- оживени проприоцептивни с разширени рефлексогенни зони. Примитивни рефлекси-стъпален екстензорен, аддукторен, стъпален хватателен, липсва парашутен рефлекс. Патологични рефлекси- спонтанен Бабински.
Хранене, говорни умения и поведение-CFCS-не се обследва. DENVER II-възможно изоставане основно в сферата на говор и груба моторика. Иследванията, които са направени във връзка с психомоторното развитие и ментално развитие на Матей налагат нуждата от допълнителна работа с него.
На 10.01.2025г. на Матей, след контролен неврологичен преглед, се постави диагноза детска хемиплегия. Диагнозата на детето налага непрекъснати рехабилитации. Касае се за хронично неврологично заболяване ДЦП-десностранна хемипареза с лек към настоящия момент двигателен дефицит.
Благодарение на вас мили приятели, лечението на Матей до края на следващата седмица е платено.
От 17.02.2025г. до 28.02.2025г. лечението на Матей ще бъде по здравна каса, която покрива само три от необходимите пет процедури на детето. Сумата, която трябва да се доплати за аналитична лечебна физкултура-Кинезитерапия по Бобат и логопед са на стойност 960.00 лв. Общата стойност на лечението трябва да се плати до края на следващата работна седмица, най-късно до 14.02.2025г. Сумата е непосилна за нашето семейство и отново имаме нужда от вашата подкрепа, мили приятели. Благодаря на всички дарители, които ни подкрепят. The treatment still includes complex physiotherapy and rehabilitation: kinesitherapy Voita, Bobath, ergotherapy-vestibular stimulation, electrostimulation of the right arm and right leg, speech therapist and Montessori therapy.
Neurokinesiological status: Active movements -On occipital view-Centered position. Fixes and tracks in both directions. Prefers left hand, turns to face-lying position. In frontal recumbency-Occupies four-legged stance, fingers slightly flexed to right. Climbs in horizontal stance, right arm slightly flexed at elbow joint. Assumes kneeling posture with support. Straightens with support from kneeling to standing, through left leg. Walks laterally, holding on to fixed support, and stepping with right foot on toes. Passive movements- full range of motion in tested limb joints, slightly difficult for right limbs. Muscle tone-increased for antigravity muscles, more on right. Ashworth for dorsal flexion at right ankle joint-2 grade. Tendon and suprascapular reflexes- brisk proprioceptive with dilated reflexogenic areas. Primitive reflexes-plantar extensor, adductor, plantar grasping, parachute reflex absent. Pathological reflexes-spontaneous Babinski.
Feeding, speech skills and behavior-CFCS-not examined. DENVER II-possible retardation mainly in speech and gross motor skills. The investigations that have been done in relation to Matthew's psychomotor development and mental development necessitate the need for further work with him. On 10.01.2025 Matthew, after a control neurological examination, was diagnosed with infantile hemiplegia. The diagnosis of the child requires continuous rehabilitation. It is a chronic neurological disease cerebral palsy-descending hemiparesis with mild motor deficit at present.
Thanks to you dear friends, Matthew's treatment until the end of next week has been paid for. From 17.02.2025 until 28.02.2025 Matthew's treatment will be under the health insurance, which covers only three of the child's required five treatments. The amount to be paid for analytical therapeutic physiotherapy-Kinesiotherapy by Bobath and speech therapist are worth 960.00 BGN.
