Your dreams of life are shattered in front of you into small pieces and everything now seems so grey and meaningless that you can hardly find the strength to fight and go on 🥺 After Iliana's surgery in Bulgaria, she got severe inflammation of the wound and intolerable pain, which made it necessary to leave urgently for Turkey. On 31 May at midnight, with an ambulance and medical team, Iliana set off on a new path to find her salvation. On 1 June at 9am she was already admitted to Memorial Hospital in Istanbul, where full blood tests were done, the wound was examined and action taken for the inflammation, a biopsy was taken and an ECG was performed in preparation for the insertion of a subcutaneous port today. We are waiting for the inflammation to calm down so a pet scan can be done. We expect all the results in a few days, and then the treatment protocol will be drawn up. Before departure the hospital required a deposit, which we paid from the funds raised at the Pavel Andreev Foundation. The amount was worth 8000 euros.
