Скъпи хора, Обръщам се към вас с писмо, изпълнено с неизмерима мъка и тревога. Аз съм Божанка Борисова, майката на Камелия. През 2018 година светът ни се преобърна, когато дъщеря ми бе диагностицирана с най-страшния враг – рак на гърдата. Въпреки упоритата й борба и надеждата, която носехме в сърцата си, през 2022 година болестта се завърна с още по-голяма сила. Метастазите са проникнали в костите, тазобедрената става, костния мозък, прешлените и белия дроб.
Всеки изминал ден я отдалечава все повече от нас и от живота, който познавахме. Камелия е не просто моя дъщеря, тя е и любяща майка на две малки деца. За тях тя е светлина, опора, нежност и радост. Но тази светлина започва да избледнява, помрачена от коварната болест. С всеки изминал ден усмивката й става все по-рядка, а силите й се изчерпват. Тази болка е непоносима, особено когато виждам как страдат и нейните деца.
Лекарите препоръчаха лъчетерапия, която би могла да спре разпространението на метастазите в белите дробове. За съжаление, в България липсва необходимата апаратура за това лечение. Единствената ни надежда е лечение в Турция, но цената му е непосилна за нас – 7170 евро, без да включваме допълнителните разходи за престоя.
За едно семейство като нашето тази сума е недостижима. Като майка, бих дала всичко, за да спася детето си. Но сега се обръщам към вас с молба за помощ, защото сама не мога да се справя. Думите не могат да опишат болката, която чувствам, нито страха от бъдещето. Тази сума е последната ни надежда да задържим Камелия тук, сред нас, и да й дадем възможността да види децата си пораснали.
Моля ви, помогнете ни, ако имате тази възможност. Всеки дарен лев, всяка добра мисъл или молитва ще бъдат лъч надежда в този мрак. Заедно можем да върнем усмивката на Камелия и да й дадем шанс да прегърне децата си без страх за утрешния ден. Сърдечно благодаря на всеки, който може да откликне на тази молба. Dear people, I am addressing you with a letter filled with immeasurable grief and anxiety. I am Bojanka Borisova, Kamelia's mother. In 2018, our world turned upside down when my daughter was diagnosed with her worst enemy - breast cancer. Despite her tenacious fight and the hope we carried in our hearts, in 2022 the disease returned with even greater force. Metastasis had infiltrated the bones, hip, bone marrow, vertebrae and lung.
Every day that passes takes it further away from us and the life we knew. Camelia is not just my daughter, she is also a loving mother of two young children. To them she is a light, a support, a tenderness and a joy. But that light is beginning to fade, dimmed by insidious illness. With each passing day, her smile grows thinner and her strength is depleted. This pain is unbearable, especially when I see how her children suffer too.
The doctors recommended radiotherapy, which could stop the metastasis from spreading to her lungs. Unfortunately, Bulgaria lacks the necessary equipment for this treatment. Our only hope is treatment in Turkey, but the cost is prohibitive for us - 7170 euros, not including the additional costs of the stay.
For a family like ours this amount is unattainable. As a mother, I would give anything to save my child. But now I am asking for your help, because I cannot cope alone. Words cannot describe the pain I feel nor the fear of the future. This amount is our last hope to keep Camellia here with us and give her the opportunity to see her children grow up.
Please help us if you have this opportunity. Every donation, every kind thought or prayer will be a ray of hope in this darkness. Together we can bring back Kamelia's smile and give her a chance to embrace her children without fear for tomorrow. My heartfelt thanks to anyone who can respond to this request.
