Здравейте, мили приятели! Пиша Ви относно двигателното развитие на Матей. Упорито продължаваме с рехабилитациите всеки ден. Лечението включва комплексна физиотерапия и рехабилитация: кинезитерапия по Войта, Бобат, ерготерапия-вестибуларно стимулиране, лечение със средночестотни токове и логопед. Детето има подобрение, все по-често започва да разтваря дясната си ръчичка. Прави опити да лази, но все още не е стабилен. Сяда, но гръбчето му е нестабилно и все още не може да седи под прав ъгъл. Неврокинезиологичен статус: При оглед в тилен лег липсват позиционни нарушения. Фиксира, активно посяга до средната линия, предпочита лява ръка, налице е завъртане от гръб по корем. В лицев лег опора на лакти, иницира дланна опора и четириопорен стоеж с непълно разгънати пръсти на дясна ръка. Вертикализира се до седеж с опора на лакът, задържа позицията, инициира равновесни реакции, персистираща кифоза в тораколумбален отдел, възможно асиметрично пълзене. Умения за хранене: Детето приема основно преходна храна, като уменията за дъвкане още не са развити. Не участва самостоятелно в хранителния процес чрез поставяне на храна с ръка в устата. Препоръчително е логопедична терапия и мултисензорна стимулация за подобряване на моторните умения на орофациалната мускулатура, развитие на експресивна и рецептивна реч. Благодарение на вас мили хора, лечението до края на тази седмица 16.08.2024 г. е платено. От 19.08.24г. предстои нов курс на лечение (10 дни) до края на месец август. Две от процедурите ще се поемат по субсидия от Столична община. Но се налага доплащане за логопед, подпомагане на орално хранене-хранителна терапия на стойност 330.00 лв., които трябва да се доплатят най-късно до 16.08.2024г. Сумата е непосилна за нашето семейство. Благодарим на всички, които ще ни подкрепят и имаме надеждата, че с ваша помощ ще изправим Матей на крака, за да може да ходи и играе с останалите деца. Hello dear friends, I am writing to you about Matthew's motor development. We are persistently continuing with the rehabilitation every day. The treatment includes complex physiotherapy and rehabilitation: kinesitherapy by Vojta, Bobath, ergotherapy-vestibular stimulation, treatment with medium frequency currents and speech therapist. The child has improved, he is starting to open his right hand more often. He makes attempts to crawl, but is still not stable. He sits up but his back is unstable and he still cannot sit at right angles. Neurokinesiological status: No positional disturbances on occipital view. He is fixated, actively reaching for midline, left hand preferred, and there is a supine roll. In frontal recumbency elbow support, initiates palmar support and quadriceps standing with fingers of right hand incompletely extended. Verticalizes to sitting position with elbow support, holds position, initiates balance responses, persistent kyphosis in thoracolumbar region, possible asymmetrical crawling. Feeding skills: Child takes mainly transitional food, chewing skills not yet developed. Does not independently participate in the feeding process by placing food with hand in mouth. Speech therapy and multisensory stimulation is recommended to improve the motor skills of the orofacial musculature, development of expressive and receptive speech. Thanks to you dear people, the treatment until the end of this week 16.08.2024 is paid. From 19.08.24 a new course of treatment (10 days) until the end of August is planned. Two of the treatments will be covered by a grant from the Metropolitan Municipality. But we have to pay extra for a speech therapist, support for oral nutrition-nutritional therapy in the amount of 330.00 BGN, which must be paid by 16.08.2024 at the latest. The amount is unaffordable for our family. We thank all those who will support us and we have the hope that with your help we will get Matthew on his feet so that he can walk and play with the other children.
