Нашето ежедневие е много динамично и напрегнато, особено моето, през последната седмица.
Случиха се доста неща, за което ми е трудно да си събера мислите и да обобщя информацията, защото всеки ден е различно.
На направено на 02.01.2024 г. ЯМР, се видя някакви петна или не зная как да го нарека на главата, защото все още се срещам с доктори и уточнявам.
В Сряда се направи имунотерапия, която е за Хемофагоцитозата и вдигане на показателите.
В четвъртък започна курс химиотерапия, който не можа да се направи целия, защото много паднаха тромбицитите на 27.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Да ви уведомя, че от събота 13.01.2024 г., Марти е изместен в интензивното отделение, защото поради секрет в гърлото се закашляше, получи затруднено дишане и сатурацията стана ниска.
Сложена му беше кислородна маска и беше необходимо да остане под наблюдение.
Престоя в интензивното отделение е много скъп, който е 1 500 евро на ден.
В момента все още Марти е сам в интензивното отделение, като лекуващия екип реши от вчера да се започне и лъчетерапия на главата едновременно, заради това което се вижда на ЯМР.
Планирани са 10 сеанса лъчетерапия, за които ни е дадена цена от 2 700 евро.
Всекидневно почти се преливат тромбоцити, често и албумин, защото са ниски, които се заплащат отделно.
Започнато е и лечение на някаква бактерия в кръвта, която излезе в културата и се оказа рядко срещата. Лечението, освен два вида антибиотици е и скъпото лекарство Ambisome, което прилагаха до скоро за гъбичките и възлиза на ден вече с увеличението на 520 евро.
Правят се и необходимите консултации с различни специалисти.
Всичко това в момента е отново извънредно плащане, което излиза по време на самото лечение.

Our daily life has been very dynamic and busy, especially mine, in the last week.
A lot of things have happened and it's hard for me to collect my thoughts and summarize the information because every day is different.
On the MRI done on 02.01.2024, there were some spots or I don't know what to call it on the head because I am still meeting with doctors and clarifying.
On Wednesday, immunotherapy was done which is for Hemophagocytosis and raising the readings.
On Thursday started a course of chemo which couldn't all be done because the platelets dropped a lot to 27.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Да to let you know that as of Saturday 01/13/2024, Marty was moved to the ICU because due to a throat swelling he was coughing, had difficulty breathing and his SAT became low.
An oxygen mask was put on him and he needed to remain under observation.
The stay in intensive care is very expensive, which is EUR 1 500 per day.
At the moment Marty is still alone in the ICU, the treating team decided from yesterday to start radiotherapy on the head at the same time because of what is seen on the MRI.
There are 10 sessions of radiotherapy planned, for which we have been given a price of 2,700 euros.
Platelets are transfused almost daily, often albumin because they are low, which are paid for separately.
Treatment has also been started for some bacteria in the blood which came out in culture and turned out to be a rare encounter. The treatment, in addition to two types of antibiotics, is the expensive drug Ambisome, which they used to apply until recently for the fungus and amounts to 520 euros per day now with the increase.
The necessary consultations with various specialists are also made.
All of this is now again an extraordinary payment that comes out during the treatment itself.
