Здравейте скъпи приятели, дарители и хора с огромни сърца ♥️ Вече повече от три месеца сте заедно с нас в тази тежка борба за живота на Исмаил, а за нас започва седмият месец на този кошмар.Първо искаме да ви благодарим от сърце,за всичко което направихте и след това да ви помолим за помощ отново.🙏 Този път имаме сериозно предупреждение от болницата за изплащане на задълженията по престоя в реанимация.
Вчера бяхме помолени до една седмица да изплатим престоя от 25 юли до 7 август,който е на стойност 20 000 евро.Въпреки всички усилия тази сума не беше събрана, а ако не бъде платена Исмаил няма да може да остане в болницата😭
Оказа се,че състоянието му е много по тежко,отколкото предполагахме,тъй като освен всички усложнения,той е пристигнал в Турция със сепсис,за който ние разбрахме,чак след като получихме доклад от турската болница,който ще бъде качен тук.В него са описани Също плевралните изливи, запушените жлъчни канали и неработещата клапа,поставена в България.
Вече шест месеца реанимацията е негов дом.
Той не може да дойде в съзнание,не може да се храни,не може да говори,незнаем дали усеща болка... Своят 34 ти рожден ден посрещна в Турция, в кома, с нова инфекция на пикочните пътища, с температура и отново трябваше да се бори за живота си.И за всичките месеци не е спирал да се бори за секунда.
В неговото състояние всяка нова инфекция е много опасна и намирането на антибиотик,който не е използван досега,също е много трудно.Но борбата продължава♥️
Белите дробове са по добре и вече не се дренират.Операцията за поставяне на стент към жлъчните пътища беше успешна и там също вече няма проблем.Инфекцията на мозъка е овладяна♥️ Исмаил вече се опитва да преглъща ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
С цялото си сърце ви моля бъдете до нас отново 🙏🙏🙏 Само с вашата помощ лечението ще може да продължи.Без адекватно лечение Исмаил е обречен.Моля ви да не допускаме това 🙏 Нека цялата негова борба да не е била напразна,нека най-после да успее да излезе от реанимация и да има шанс да живее живота,който заслужава.

Hello dear friends, donors and people with big hearts ♥️ You have been with us for more than three months now in this hard fight for Ismail's life, and for us begins the seventh month of this nightmare.First we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done and then ask for your help again.
Yesterday we were asked to pay within one week the stay from July 25 to August 7,which is worth 20,000 euros.Despite all efforts this amount has not been collected and if it is not paid Ismail will not be able to stay in the hospital😭
It turned out that his condition is much more serious than we thought, because besides all the complications, he arrived in Turkey with sepsis, which we only found out about after we received a report from the Turkish hospital, which will be uploaded here.It also describes the pleural effusions, the blocked bile ducts and the non-functioning valve that was inserted in Bulgaria.
The intensive care unit has been his home for six months now.
He can't come to consciousness,can't eat,can't talk,we don't know if he feels pain... He met his 34th birthday in Turkey,in a coma,with a new urinary tract infection,with a fever and again had to fight for his life.And for all these months he hasn't stopped fighting for a second.
In his condition any new infection is very dangerous and finding an antibiotic,which has not been used before,is also very difficult.But the fight продължава♥️
His lungs are better and no longer draining.The operation to put a stent to his bile duct was successful and there is no problem there either.The infection of the brain is овладяна♥️ Ismail is now trying to swallow ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
With all my heart I ask you to be by our side again 🙏🙏🙏 Only with your help the treatment can continue.Without adequate treatment Ismail is doomed.Please let's not let this happen 🙏 Let's hope all his struggle was not in vain,let's hope he finally makes it out of the ICU and has a chance to live the life he deserves.
