Преди два дена, в неделя, приключи петия курс химиотерапия, от новото лечение на Виктор, и ни изписаха от болницата. Изчаках да споделя информацията с вас, защото той не се чувстваше добре и не бях сигурна дали няма да се наложи да се върнем отново в болницата. Самият курс химиотерапия (тридневен), започна ден по-късно от предвиденото. Заради ниски левкоцити. Поставиха му инжекция, и при задоволителни резултати, започна вливката. Уви, след първия ден, отново се наложи да я прекъснат. Този път заради неразположения в корема. След овладяване на състоянието, вливанията продължиха. След приключване на курса химиотерапия, Виктор вдигна температура. Което добави още ден престой в болницата. Благодарение на професионалните действия на лекуващия екип и ежеминутното следене на състоянието на децата в отделението, нещата се овладяваха незабавно. По време на вливанията, Вики не слага хапка храна в устата си, гади му се, повръща, няма сили да се вдигне от леглото, дори да говори. Целия "букет" от неразположения от тежката химиотерапия, са налице. Това продължи и в квартирата, където той приема лекарства и поставяме инжекции. Продължава да приема ежедневно и оралната химиотерапия. Днес мога да кажа, че Вики е сравнително добре. И се моля това да продължи! Натрупаната с години химиотерапия, прави нещата по-сложни. Все по-трудно става организма да се възстанови. В четвъртък предстоят кръвни изследвания за показателите. Ще споделя резултатите с вас. Освен това очаквам да получа и фактурите за този курс. Всичко, извън вливките химиотерапия, се заплаща отделно, дори допълнителния престой в болницата, което утежнява финансово лечението. Свеждам глава, с дълбока признателност, пред всички ви! За съпричасността и неуморната подкрепа, без която, моето дете, не би могло да има дори шанс за лечение! Вие ни давате вярата, надеждата, силите да продължим борбата за живота му! Two days ago, on Sunday, we finished the fifth course of chemotherapy, from Victor's new treatment, and we were discharged from the hospital. I waited to share the information with you because he wasn't feeling well and I wasn't sure if we would have to go back to the hospital. The chemotherapy course itself (three days), started a day later than scheduled. Because of low leukocytes. They gave him an injection, and with satisfactory results, started the infusion. Alas, after the first day, they had to discontinue it again. This time because of abdominal discomfort. Once the condition was under control, the infusions continued. After completing the chemotherapy course, Victor picked up a fever. Which added another day's stay in the hospital. Thanks to the professional actions of the treatment team and the minute by minute monitoring of the condition of the children in the ward, things were brought under control immediately. During the infusions, Vicky wouldn't put a bite of food in his mouth, he was nauseous, vomiting, had no strength to get out of bed, or even to speak. The whole "bouquet" of ailments from the heavy chemotherapy, are present. This continued in the quarters where he takes medication and we give injections. He also continues to take the oral chemotherapy daily. Today I can say that Vicky is relatively well. And I pray this continues! The years of chemotherapy accumulated makes things more complicated. It's getting harder and harder for the body to recover. Blood tests are due on Thursday for the vitals. I will share the results with you. I also expect to receive the invoices for this course. Everything, outside of the chemo infusions, is paid for separately, even the extra hospital stay, which makes the treatment financially burdensome. I bow my head, with deep gratitude, to you all! For your compassion and tireless support, without which, my child, could not even have a chance at treatment! You give us the faith, the hope, the strength to continue fighting for his life! I owe EVERYTHING to YOU!
