Ние сме Десислава и Иван Йосифови от гр. Варна. На 18.04.2021г. в 28-ма г.с. се родиха нашите близначета - Йоан(1260гр.) и Самуил(1220гр.) За съжаление поради ранното раждане и вродената инфекция, близначетата се наложи да бъдат поставени в кувьоз за един месец. След това бяха прехвърлени в ЦРИР(Център за ранна интервенция и рехабилитация на деца) към Дом за Медико Социални грижи за деца Варна, където за тях полагаха грижи още две седмици. За наше най-голямо съжаление на 20 месечна възраст на Йоан бе поставена страшната диагнозата - ДЦП спастична диплегия.
Той е на почти 3 годинки и все още не може да ходи. От 6 месечна възраст за него се полагат всекидневни грижи, включващи рехабилитация в “Карин дом” - гр. Варна, рехабилитация в ЦКОДУХЗ - гр. Добрич - 1 година, езда, както и посещение при частни рехабилитатори - в. гр. Варна и гр. Търговище - "Елит 17 Плюс".
За наше съжаление резултатите са незадоволителни. Надежда ни дадоха от болница в Сейнт Луис, Щата Мисури в САЩ, където може да се направи операция SDR - Селективна дорзална ризотомия. Доктор Парк ни обнадежди, че Йоан ще може да ходи и да бъде самостоятелен.
За съжаление сумата е непосилна за нас. За самата операция са ни необходими 45118 USD, 6500 USD за шини за крачетата и друго необходимо оборудване. Общо сумата става в размер на около 130 000 лв, заедно с транспорт, последващата рехабилитация и престой в рамките на 1 месец.

We are Desislava and Ivan Yosifovi from the town of. Varna. On 18.04.2021 at the age of 28 our twins were born - John (1260g) and Samuel (1220g) Unfortunately due to the early birth and congenital infection, the twins had to be placed in a cuboid for a month. They were then transferred to the Center for Early Intervention and Rehabilitation of Children (CIRR) at the Medical and Social Care Home for Children Varna, where they were cared for for another two weeks. To our greatest regret, at the age of 20 months, John was given the dreadful diagnosis of spastic diplegia cerebral palsy.
He is almost 3 years old and still cannot walk. Since the age of 6 months he has been cared for daily, including rehabilitation at Karin Dom - in the town of Karin. Rehabilitation in the CCODUHZ - Varna, rehabilitation in the CCODUHZ - Varna. Dobrich - 1 year, horse riding, as well as visits to private rehabilitators - in. Varna and town. "Elite 17 Plus".
Unfortunately the results are unsatisfactory. Hope was given to us by a hospital in St. Louis, Missouri in the USA, where we can have SDR - Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy surgery. Dr. Park reassured us that John would be able to walk and be independent.
Unfortunately, the amount is prohibitive for us. We need 45118 USD for the surgery itself, 6500 USD for leg splints and other necessary equipment. In total the amount comes to about 130,000 USD, together with transportation, subsequent rehabilitation and stay within 1 month.
