На 23.07.25г заведохме Диана на преглед с ЕЕГ при невролог.
ЕЕГ - забавена за възрастта основна активност и данни за двустранни активни огнищни епилептиформени промени , много по-активни в левите централни отвеждания, с известна активация от фотостимулация. Често огнищни промени и в десните хомотопни отвеждания ,като на моменти синхронизират под форма на вторично генерализиран пароксизьм.. Насочени сме за продължаване със системната двигателна рехабилитация и продължавани на приема Конвулекс сироп на брейн бустер сироп. Изисканите средства са за закупения сироп. Прилагам снимки на фактурата и амбулаторния лист от 23.07.On 23.07.25 we took Diana to see a neurologist for an EEG. EEG - delayed baseline activity for age and evidence of bilateral active focal epileptiform changes , much more active in the left central leads, with some activation from photostimulation. Often focal changes in the right homotopic leads as well , at times synchronizing in the form of a secondary generalized paroxysm.. We are referred for continuation with systemic motor rehabilitation and continued on Convulex syrup to Brain Booster syrup. Funds requested are for the syrup purchased. I am attaching pictures of the invoice and outpatient sheet dated 07/23.
