Искаме да ви споделим информация за развитието на Алекс през последните месеци.
След като завърши протоннaта терапия на 18 април в Германия, Алекс се прибра в България ,защото единствената алтернатива, която ни предлага медицината до момента е да атакуваме с Чек поинд инхибитор в установения от Хайделберг анализ за нашия случай- правят се вливания през порта поставен в тялото на Алекс на всеки 3 седмици. За момента това е единственото алтернативно лечение , тъй като при Алекс експертите в Хайделберг чрез генетичния анализ на тумора ,дори след секвениране на материала от биопсията установиха, че това е нещо непознато за тях и тяхната практика - непозната мутация от всички познати до момента ( т.е. хипермутирал тумор) ... Мистерията е голяма и продължава... Допълнително закупуваме медикамента Onc 206 ( това е медикамент ,за който се информирахме,че много диагностицирани с тумори деца в Америка приемат с надеждата, че би стопирал процеса на развитие до определен момент) ,за съжаление не се предлага в България, но го закупуваме от чужбина. През октомври месец предстои да се направи и ЯМР, което ще ни даде яснота какво се случва с тумора в главичката на нашето дете след приложеното до момента лечение . А ние не спираме да търсим информация ,за да се ориентираме за най- подходящите алтернативи за лечение в бъдеще и да продължаваме да атакуваме тази мистерия .
Опитваме се да разнообразяваме Алекс с всичко, което зависи от нас и би могло да го зарежда само положително, да му носи енергия и сила за тази дълга и тежка борба,защото само едно заредено с позитивизъм и обич дете би могло да премине през това трудното изпитание ! Вярваме, не спираме да вярваме и да се молим , че заедно ще се справим!

We would like to share with you some information about Alex's development in the last months.
After finishing the proton therapy on April 18 in Germany, Alex came back to Bulgaria because the only alternative offered by medicine so far is to attack with Check Point Inhibitor in the established Heidelberg analysis for our case- infusions are made through a port placed in Alex's body every 3 weeks. For the moment this is the only alternative treatment , as in Alex's case the experts at Heidelberg through the genetic analysis of the tumour , even after sequencing the biopsy material found that this was something unknown to them and their practice - an unknown mutation of all known to date ( ie hypermutated tumour) .... The mystery is great and continues... Additionally we purchase the medication Onc 206 ( this is a medication that we were informed that many children diagnosed with tumors in America take in the hope that it would stop the process of development to a certain point) , unfortunately it is not available in Bulgaria, but we purchase it from abroad. In October we are going to do an MRI , which will give us a clearer picture of what is happening with the tumor in our child's head after the treatment we have applied so far . And we are not stopping looking for information in order to find the most appropriate treatment alternatives for the future and to continue to attack this mystery.
We try to diversify Alex with everything that depends on us and could only charge him positively, bring him energy and strength for this long and hard struggle , because only a child charged with positivity and love could pass this difficult ordeal ! We believe, we keep believing and praying , that together we will make it !
