Здравейте скъпи наши дарители-спасители! Нашата Радост се възстановява цяла една седмица след бустерната едноднева химиотерапия, която ѝ бе направена на 02.10 -> десети кръг от планираните предварително 14 терапии. Самата подготовка за нея също трая дълго, тъй като организмът и беше изтощен и от процедурата по събиране на стволови клетки. Всичко това се отрази не само физически за Радост, това повлия и на бюджета, който бяхме внесли за лъчетерапията. Лъчетерапията трябваше да стартира наравно с тази десета химиотерапия, но поради нуждата от физическо възстновяване не успяхме да стартираме. Укрепването ѝ бе свързано с няколко къвопреливания на тромбоцити и реритроцити, които бяха предхождани от ежедневни посещения в болницата и провеждане на изследвания следящи щателно (висококомпонентно) кръвните показатели на Радост. До момента това възстановяване се калкулира на стойност от почти 10 000 евро, които бяха усвоени от внесената за лъчетерапия сума от 25 500 евро. Тъй като в понеделник се очаква най-после да започнем лъчелечението, ни се налага да допълним тази разлика от 10 000 евро. Предвид, че химио и лъчелечението ще вървят паралелно, а предстоящият 5 дневен курс на единадесетата химиотерапия възлиза около 18 000 евро ни се налага да внесем по акаунта ѝ в болницата поне още 25 000 евро (настоящата проформа). Силно се молим Радост да бъде силна и да не се налагат така зачестилите възстановителни процедури, които се таксуват оделно. Не бихме могли да имаме очаквания добър резултат от лечението без вашата подкрепа. Бъдете до нас, нека с помоща си към Радост да развием и допринесем за науката, която прогресира и открива нови методи за редките болести само и единствено с пациентите, които биват подложени на лечение, което е СТРИКТНО и ЕЖЕДНЕВНО проследявано... Успоредно с лечението в Американската болница в Истанбул, ние правим проучване на вариантите за терапии предлагани от MAYO Clinic, MD Anderson, Cincinnati Children's Hospital и Institut Curie Hello our dear donors-rescuers! Our Joy is recovering for one whole week after the booster one-day chemotherapy, which she had on 02.10 -> tenth round of 14 previously planned treatments. The actual preparation for it also took a long time, as her body was exhausted from the stem cell harvesting procedure as well. All this not only affected Joy physically, it also affected the budget we had put in for the radiotherapy. The radiotherapy was due to start on par with this tenth chemotherapy, but due to the need for physical recovery we were unable to start. Her recovery involved several platelet and red cell transfusions, which were preceded by daily visits to the hospital and having tests to closely monitor (high component) Joy's blood counts. So far, this recovery has been calculated at a cost of almost 10,000 euros, which was absorbed from the 25,500 euros paid for radiotherapy. As we are expected to finally start the radiotherapy on Monday, we need to make up this difference of 10,000 euros. Considering that chemo and radiotherapy will run in parallel, and the upcoming 5 day course of the eleventh chemotherapy amounts to about 18,000 euros we have to deposit at least another 25,000 euros (the current proforma) into her hospital account. We strongly pray that Joy will be strong and that the so frequent recovery treatments will not have to be billed separately. We could not have had the expected good treatment result without your support. Be by our side, let us with your help to Joy develop and contribute to the science that progresses and discovers new methods for rare diseases only with the patients who undergo treatment that is STRICT and ETERNALLY monitored...
