С Матей продължаваме рехабилитациите всеки ден. Лечението включва комплексна физиотерапия и рехабилитация: кинезитерапия по Войта, Бобат, ерготерапия-вестибуларно стимулиране, електростимулации на дясна ръчичка, краче и логопед. Детето има подобрение с всеки изминал ден. Вече лази стабилно и автоматизирано. Това вече е предпоставка за изправяне по вертикала и първите странични крачки в ляво и дясно.
Неврокинезиологичен статус: Активни движения - При оглед в тилен лег леки позиционни нарушения от десни крайници. Фиксира, активно посяга до средната линия, предпочита лява ръка, не изключва дясната, налице е завъртане от гръб по корем. В лицев лег достига четириопорен стоеж с непълно разгънати пръсти на дясна ръка, придвижва се чрез лазене. Задържа седеж с лека кифоза в торакулумбален отдел, налични равновесни реакции, заема стоеж на колене.
Пасивни движения- в пълен обем в тестуваните стави на крайниците, леко затруднени са десни крайници.
Мускулен тонус-леко повишен за антигравитационни мускули, повече в дясно.
Умения за хранене- Детето приема основно преходна храна, като уменията за дъвкане oще не са развити. Не участва самостоятелно в хранителния процес чрез поставяне на храна с ръка в устата. Препоръчително е логопедична терапия и мултисензорна стимулация за подобряване на моторните умения на орофациалната мускулатура, развитие на експресивната и рецептивна реч.
От 14.10.2024г. до 25.10.2024г. лечението на Матей ще бъде по субсидия от Столична община. Общината покрива само три от необходимите пет процедури,затова е необходимо доплащане на лечението. Сумата, която трябва да се доплати за аналитична лечебна физкултура-Кинезитерапия по Бобат и логопед-умения за обучение на гласа е на стойност 960.00 лв. Общата стойност на лечението трябва да се плати до края на тази работна седмица, най-късно до 11.10.2024г. Сумата е непосилна за нашето семейство и отново имаме нужда от вашата подкрепа, мили приятели. Благодаря на всички дарители, които ни помагат и подкрепят. The treatment includes complex physiotherapy and rehabilitation: kinesitherapy Voita, Bobath, ergotherapy-vestibular stimulation, electrostimulation of the right hand, foot and speech therapist. The child is improving day by day. He now crawls steadily and automatically. This is now a prerequisite for standing vertically and first lateral steps to the left and right. Neurokinesiological status: Active movements - On occipital view slight positional disturbances from right limbs. Fixated, actively reaching to midline, prefers left hand, does not exclude right hand, there is turning from supine to prone. In frontal recumbency reaches four-legged stance with fingers of right hand incompletely extended, moves by crawling. Holds sitting position with slight kyphosis in thoracolumbar region, balance reactions present, takes kneeling stance.
Passive movements- full range of motion in tested limb joints, right limbs slightly restricted.
Muscle tone-slightly elevated for antigravity muscles, more on right.
Feeding Skills- Child takes mainly transitional food, chewing skills not yet developed. Does not independently participate in the feeding process by placing food with hand in mouth. Speech therapy and multisensory stimulation is recommended to improve motor skills of orofacial musculature, develop expressive and receptive speech.
From 14.10.2024 to 25.10.2024 Matthew's treatment will be under a grant from the Metropolitan Municipality. The municipality covers only three out of the required five treatments,therefore a co-payment of the treatment is necessary. The amount to be paid for analytical therapeutic physiotherapy-Kinesitherapy by Bobath and speech-training of the voice is 960.00 BGN. The total cost of the treatment has to be paid by the end of this working week, latest by 11.10.2024. The amount is unaffordable for our family and again we need your support, dear friends. Thank you to all donors who help and support us. Thanks to you good people, my child visits the cerebral palsy hospital every day and goes to rehabs every day.
