Здравейте, добри хора и ангели с големи сърца,
Пиша ви с треперещи ръце и със сърце, обзето от страх, защото всяка секунда за мен е от значение.
Казвам се Татяна Русева, на 41 години съм, от град Бургас. Майка съм на две прекрасни деца – моето слънце и моята сила. Те са причината всяка сутрин да отварям очи и да се боря със зъби и нокти за живота си. Искам да живея. Искам да бъда до тях. Искам да ги прегръщам още дълги години.
През лятото на 2023 г. светът ми се срина – диагностицираха ме с рак на гърдата с множество метастази в лимфната система и костите. В България ми казаха, че няма какво повече да се направи… но аз не се предадох. Започнах лечение в Турция, където лекарите ме поеха с надежда и план. След множество химио- и лъчетерапии влязох в ремисия. Уви, за кратко… Ракът отново се върна. По-агресивен. По-бърз. По-страшен.
УТРЕ СУТРИНТА МЕ ЧАКА СПЕШНА ОПЕРАЦИЯ – МАСТЕКТОМИЯ С РЕКОНСТРУКЦИЯ. Това е тежка и ключова стъпка от лечението ми, но и само началото – следват нови химиотерапии, допълнителни изследвания, скенери, прегледи… А всички тези процедури са изключително скъпи. Средствата вече са изчерпани.
До този момент се борихме сами, със зъби и нокти, с всяка последна стотинка и капка сила. Но вече не можем сами. Нямаме време. Всеки ден е шанс. Всеки ден е надежда.
Моля ви от цялото си сърце – помогнете ми да остана жива, да премина през тази битка, да се преборя с тази коварна болест и да продължа да бъда майка, да бъда до децата си, да живея.

I write to you with trembling hands and a heart gripped with fear because every second matters to me.
My name is Tatiana Ruseva, I am 41 years old, from the city of Burgas. I am a mother of two wonderful children - my sunshine and my strength. They are the reason I open my eyes every morning and fight tooth and nail for my life. I want to live. I want to be by their side. I want to hug them for many years to come.
In the summer of 2023, my world came crashing down - I was diagnosed with breast cancer with multiple metastases to my lymph system and bones. I was told there was nothing more to be done... but I didn't give up. I started treatment in Turkey where the doctors took me in with hope and a plan. After multiple chemo and radiation treatments I went into remission. Alas, briefly... The cancer came back again. More aggressive. Faster. Scarier.
TOMORROW MORNING, I HAVE AN EMERGENCY SURGERY - MASTECTOMY WITH RECONSTRUCTION. It's a tough and crucial step in my treatment, but it's also just the beginning - new chemo treatments, additional tests, scans, exams... And all these procedures are extremely expensive. The funds are already exhausted.
Up to this point, we've fought tooth and nail on our own, with every last penny and drop of strength. But we can no longer do it alone. We have no time. Every day is a chance. Every day is hope.
I beg you from the bottom of my heart - help me to stay alive, to get through this battle, to fight this insidious disease, and to continue to be a mother, to be there for my children, to live.
