Здравейте ,мили дарители.

Казвам се Десислава Кирилова, на 47 години, от гр. Кърджали.
По професия съм учител, но в момента съм безработна. Съпруга и майка съм на 13-годишно дете, което е целият ми свят.

Преди десет години ми беше поставена тежката диагноза наследствена бъбречна и чернодробна поликистоза. Заболяването прогресира, а през последните месеци състоянието ми рязко се влоши. При последното ми пролежаване във Военномедицинска академия София (октомври 2025 г.) стойността на креатинина ми достигна 447, а лекарите ме насочиха към хемодиализа и бъбречна трансплантация.

Диализата е животоспасяваща, но не може да замести напълно функциите на здравия бъбрек. Единствената надежда за по-добро качество и продължителност на живота ми е успешна бъбречна трансплантация.
Средствата, необходими за операцията и последващото лечение, възлизат на 27 000 евро сума, която е непосилна за мен и моето семейство.

Hello dear donors.

My name is Desislava Kirilova, 47 years old, from the town of. Kardzhali.
I am a teacher by profession, but I am currently unemployed. I am a wife and mother of a 13-year-old child, who is my whole world.

Ten years ago I was given the severe diagnosis of hereditary renal and hepatic polycystic kidney disease. The disease has progressed, and in recent months my condition has deteriorated rapidly. During my last stay at the Military Medical Academy Sofia (October 2025) my creatinine value reached 447, and the doctors referred me for hemodialysis and kidney transplantation.

Dialysis is life-saving, but it cannot completely replace the functions of a healthy kidney. My only hope for a better quality and length of life is a successful kidney transplant.
The funds required for the operation and subsequent treatment amount to EUR 27 000, a sum that is unaffordable for me and my family.
