Предвид тежката диагноза на Мони, следенето от ортопед е от много важно значение за нея и за навремената направа на нужната интервенция! При последното ни посещение в Турция през месец октомври, на Мони й бе направена снимка на тазобедрените стави , от която става ясно, че тя вече е в рискова група, която означава, че операция ще се наложи! Ортопеда поиска отново да се направи снимка след 3 месеца и да прецени кота точно ще бъде тя, понеже се води тежка, а средоперативния период е близо 40 дни, в които Мони ще бъде с гипс! Посъветва ни дотогава да се провежда интензивно рехабилатция, с правилното позициониране, да бъде поставена на вертикализатор, какво и всяка вечер тя да спи с ортези, имобилайзери и триъгълник, които ще "държат" тялото в правилна позиция при спане! Обръщам се отново към Вас, защото лечението на Мони и възникващи интервенции, спрямо състоянието й са непосилни за мен да й ги осигуря!
Given Moni's severe diagnosis, follow-up by an orthopedist is very important for her and for the timely intervention! On our last visit to Turkey in October, Moni had her hip joints photographed , which showed that she was now in the at risk group which meant that surgery would be necessary! The orthopaedic surgeon has asked for a scan again in 3 months time to assess exactly where she will be, as she is having a difficult time and the mid-operative period is nearly 40 days, during which Moni will be in a cast! She advised us to have intensive rehab until then, with proper positioning, to put her on a verticalizer, what and every night she will sleep with orthotics, immobilizers and a triangle that will "hold" the body in proper position when sleeping! I am reaching out to you again because Moni's treatment and emerging interventions relative to her condition are cost prohibitive for me to provide!
