Дойдохме си от Турция, от болница " Мемориал" в сряда. Във вторник изписаха Ивко и професор Бетюл Тавил ни каза, че можем да заминаваме за България след 24 часа. Няколко пъти я попитахме дали е безопасно да бъдем изписани след химиотерапиите и да пътуваме и тя ни увери, че детето е стабилно и ни очакват на 14ти май в 13:00 часа за следващата интратекална терапия. Тръгнахме си с препоръка да даваме лекарствата вкъщи и да направим кръвни изследвания след една седмица. Но Ивко рязко се влоши 2 дни след това... В момента е в реанимацията и се бори за живота си.... Казаха ни, че метастазите, които има в гръбначния мозък и лептоминингите са растяли с часове и най-вероятно са предизвикали пристъпа, който направи. Благодаря на всички, които го подкрепиха и го подкрепят! Ние само се молим! И му казваме как всички го обичат! И как той е най-силния борец, който познаваме! Той в момента отново се бори! We came back from Turkey, from Memorial Hospital on Wednesday. On Tuesday they discharged Ivko and Professor Betül Tavil told us that we could leave for Bulgaria in 24 hours. We asked her several times if it was safe to be discharged after chemotherapy and travel and she assured us that the child was stable and they were expecting us on May 14th at 1:00 pm for the next intrathecal therapy. We left with a recommendation to give the meds at home and do blood work in a week. But Yves deteriorated sharply 2 days after that... He is now in the ICU fighting for his life.... We were told that the metastases he had in his spinal cord and the leptomeninges grew for hours and most likely caused the seizure he did. Thank you to everyone who supported and is supporting him! We are just praying! And telling him how much everyone loves him! And how he is the strongest fighter we know! He is currently fighting again!
