Първо искаме да изкажем огромната си Благодарност към Вас за това, че ни подкрепихте и помогнахте в тези трудни моменти и все още продължавате да го правите! Благодарение на Вас нашето момченце върви смело напред и полага големи усилия, за да ви покаже, че Вашата помощ не е била напразно! Лечението на Атанас върви добре, с малки изключения. Епилептичните пристъпи спряха, но понякога получава леки спазми. Надяваме се, че и те ще спрат с времето. От направените изследвания се установи, че има Фокално епилептично разтройство, произлизащо от лявата теменноокципитална област. Поради тази причина се наложи да добавим още медикаменти към лечението, които се отразяват положително.
Едно от нещата, които ни тревожат е неговото зрение и за това направихме допълнителни изследвания. Наско вижда, но много слабо, има атрофия на очни нерви на едното око. Според професора, който го следи, на този етап не може да каже дали детето вижда повече надалеч или повече наблизо, трябва да изчакаме той сам да каже, но той все още не може да говори. Затова ще търсим и второ мнение.
Относно рехабилитацията – Тъй като искахме да бъдем по – близо до другите ни две дечица, решихме да провеждаме рехабилитацията в България, но не успяхме да намерим рехабилитатори, които могат да работят с Наско, по една или друга причина. Но всяко зло за добро – открихме прекрасни хора, които правят чудеса. От няколко месеца посещаваме Roza Akademi в Истанбул. Там правим активна рехабилитация и за кратък период от време, Атанас постигна много добри резултати, като до преди това, той не можеше да седи самостоятелно. Вече се изправя, държи тялото си изправено, седи без опора.
За съжаление средствата, с които разполагаме са на изчерпване. Молим Ви отново да подадете ръка на нашия малък герой, за да има едно нормално и щастливо детство. Имаме оферта от Roza Akademi, която включва Физиотерапия, Ерготерапия, Невроразвиваща терапия – Бобат, в рамките на една година, на стойност 28 512 €, като разходите за наем на квартира и разходите за транспорт не са включени в офертата. В същото време ще продължават и прегледите в Acibadem, за да се следи състоянието на Наско.

First of all, we would like to express our huge gratitude to you for supporting and helping us in these difficult times and still continuing to do so! Thanks to you, our little boy is walking bravely forward and making great efforts to show you that your help was not in vain! Atanas' treatment is going well, with a few exceptions. The epileptic seizures have stopped, but sometimes he gets mild spasms. Hopefully they will stop with time too. From the tests done, it was found that he has Focal Epileptic Disorder originating from the left parietooccipital area. For this reason we have had to add more medication to the treatment which is having a positive effect.
One of the things that concerns us is his vision and for this we have done further investigations. Nasko can see but very poorly, he has optic nerve atrophy in one eye. According to the professor who monitors him, at this stage he can't tell if the child sees more far away or more up close, we have to wait for him to say, but he can't speak yet. So we will be looking for a second opinion.
Regarding the rehab - Since we wanted to be closer to our other two kids, we decided to do the rehab in Bulgaria, but we couldn't find rehabbers who could work with Nasko, for one reason or another. But every evil for good - we have found wonderful people who work miracles. We have been visiting Roza Akademi in Istanbulfor several months . There we do active rehabilitation and in a short period of time, Atanas achieved very good results, as before, he could not sit independently. Now he stands up, keeps his body straight, sits without support.
Unfortunately, the resources at our disposal are running out. We ask you to lend a hand again to our little hero so that he can have a normal and happy childhood. We have an offer from Roza Akademi that includes Physiotherapy, Ergotherapy, Neurodevelopmental Therapy - Bobath, within one year, at a cost of 28 512 €, the cost of renting accommodation and the cost of transport are not included in the offer. At the same time, the examinations in Acibadem will continue to monitor Nasko's condition.
