The Chiquita Noguera Cultural House was born more than ten years ago in Delfín Gallo, Tucumán, as a direct response to a concrete need: the lack of real opportunities for children, young people and adults to develop their artistic talents. In this territory, there is plenty of talent. What is scarce are the training spaces, the available tools and the conditions for this potential to be transformed into sustained educational and cultural trajectories.

From the beginning, the Casa was built from scratch by a single person, without subsidies or external support, and financed entirely with its own resources. Throughout a decade, it was sustained with effort, commitment and conviction, offering classes, workshops and spaces for artistic expression in singing, music, drawing and writing.

Today, with the accumulated experience and our own cultural magazine that for years documented the local thinking and activities of the Casa, we decided to strengthen this initiative. We want more young people and children to have access to real opportunities, keeping them away from the scourge of drugs, violence and situations that generate so much damage in our communities.

We ask for your institutional support so that this Cultural House continues to grow as a territorial educational unit, with business logic, traceability of impact and sustained commitment. Every instrument or material that we can buy will keep a child or young person away from drugs and bad habits.
