Вчера операция на Дани мина успешно, макар и неочаквано да се усложни.
Хирурзите са премахнали увеличения лимфен възел, но по време на операцията са открили друго образувание. Така се е наложило включването на съдов хирург по спешност. Той е отстранил 95% от находката, поради това, че е на артерия и става живото-застрашаващо пълното изрязване. Допълнително е направена пластика на артерията, както и кръвопреливане на момента. Сега трябва да се възстанови добре от операцията. Правят му вливки с албумин.
Пусната е хистология на новооткритото образувание. Надяваме се да е неактивно състояние.
Дани днес вече е преместен от реанимация в редовна стая, но е под постоянно лекарско наблюдение.

Danny's surgery went well yesterday, although it was unexpectedly complicated.
The surgeons removed the enlarged lymph node, but during surgery they discovered another growth. Thus, the involvement of an emergency vascular surgeon was necessary. He removed 95% of the finding due to it being on an artery and it became life-threatening complete excision. Additionally an artery patch was performed as well as a blood transfusion of the moment. He should now recover well from the surgery. They are doing albumin infusions for him.
Histology of the newly discovered mass has been released. Hopefully it is an inactive condition.
Danny has now been moved from the ICU to a regular room today, but is under constant medical observation.
