Help Jouli live

Now everything is more urgent, more serious, and far more frightening. Jouli needs a bone marrow transplant to survive. This is not one of many options — it is her only chance. Without it, she will not make it.

Jouli is only 14 years old, and instead of living her childhood, she is fighting for her life.

Since early 2025, leukemia has taken over everything that used to be normal for her. Her days are no longer about school, friends, and dreams, but about hospital rooms, treatments, and uncertainty. And yet, even in the middle of all this, Jouli refused to give up on who she is. She continued to study, even when she was exhausted, even when her body was weak, and she managed to pass her 9th grade final exams. She held on to the belief that this was just something she had to go through, and that she would get better.

But the disease came back.

The treatment she needs is not available in Syria. The only way to save her is to travel abroad, but the cost of the transplant, the medical care, and everything that comes with it is far beyond what her family can afford. They are now facing something no family should ever have to face — knowing there is a way to save their child, but not having the means to reach it.

Jouli is still fighting. She still talks about going back to school. She still believes that she will recover and continue her life. She is holding on to her future with everything she has.

But she cannot get there alone.
