Детелин е излязъл от будната кома,но е на легло. Не може да се движи, не може да говори, не може да се храни сам и да се обслужва. В момента се налага много рехабилитация, лекарства за да се възстанови напълно. На памперси е и с катетър. Специална храна му се дава и много хранителни добавки под формата на лекарства. Последните дни много се повишава кръвната захар.
