Любчо Ангелов Маринов е бездомен, социално слаб , без никакви социални помощи. Обитава чужда къща, на която покривът е за ремонт, няма врати, няма прозорци, няма ток и вода. От месец април е във видимо влошено здравословно състояние. Не може да се храни, повръща след всяко хранене, отслабна драстично, няма сили и все по- трудно говори. Лежи по улиците на селото  накацан от безброй зелени мухи. 

Сигнализирани са всички институции. Два пъти е транспортиран до Спешен помощ- Плевен и два пъти е връщан с мотив , че е социален казус и не е за хоспитализация. Направена му е само ПКК, няма други изследвания, няма назначено лечение. Отказват да го приемат в болница, защото е с прекъснати здравни осигуровки.

Lyubcho Angelov Marinov is homeless, socially weak , without any social benefits. He lives in a stranger's house with a roof in need of repair, no doors, no windows, no electricity and no water. He has been in a visibly deteriorated state of health since April. He cannot eat, vomits after every meal, has lost weight drastically, has no strength and finds it increasingly difficult to speak. He lies in the streets of the village infested with countless green flies.

All institutions have been alerted. Twice he has been transported to the emergency room in Pleven and twice he has been sent back on the grounds that he is a social case and not hospitalized. He has only had a PKC, no other tests, no treatment. They refuse to admit him to hospital because his health insurance has been cut off.
