Бихме искали да се обърнем към вас с апел за помощ, тъй като сме изправени пред задачата да осигурим лечение за Били със лекарство, което принадлежи на категорията "таргетна терапия". За съжаление здравната каса не отпуска средства за лечение на този вид рак с това лекарство, но лекарите ни препоръчват да го започнем час по-скоро, тъй като с него е установена добър отговор и повлияване именно на мутацията, която има туморът на белия дроб- BRCA1 мутация. Лечението за месец струва 10 000 лева. Лекарите препоръчват първоначален курс от лечение за пет месеца. Ние разполагаме със средства едва за първите два месеца, като час от тях са досега събраните в кампанията и извън нея от лични доходи и дарения, направени по различни начини.
Тъй като след последното лечение, което бе радиолъчение на белия дроб, което намали туморът и даде добър резултат, изминаха шест месеца, ние трябва да предприемем следваща крачка и да продължим лечението именно с таргетна терапия. Лекарите казват, че сме изчерпали всички други методи, които касата може да покрие, като имунотерапия, която след две годишен курс спря да дава резултатати, многократно химеотерапии и радиолъчение на мозъка. Качвам снимки от последните изследвания след лъчелечението- 5 скенер и ЯМР на мозък.
Молим за подкрепа в поредното начинание да излекуваме Били и да подобрим състоянието й. В момента тя е отпаднала и все по-малко движеща се. Заболяването може да се активира всеки момент, което налага незабавно лечение.

We would like to appeal to you for help as we are faced with the task of providing treatment for Billy with a drug that belongs to the category of "targeted therapy". Unfortunately, the health insurance does not allocate funds for the treatment of this type of cancer with this drug, but the doctors recommend that we start it as soon as possible, as it has been found to have a good response and to affect precisely the mutation that the lung tumor has- BRCA1 mutation. The treatment for a month costs 10 000 leva. Doctors recommend an initial course of treatment for five months. We only have funds for the first two months, an hour of which has been raised so far in the campaign and beyond from personal income and donations made in various ways.
Since it has been six months since the last treatment, which was lung radiation, which shrunk the tumor and gave a good result, we need to take the next step and continue the treatment with target therapy specifically. The doctors say that we have exhausted all other methods that the treasury can cover, such as immunotherapy, which stopped giving results after a two-year course, multiple chemotherapies and radiation to the brain. I'm uploading pictures of the last tests after the radiotherapy- 5 scanner and MRI of brain.
We are asking for your support in another endeavor to heal Billie and improve her condition. She is currently limp and moving less and less. The disease could reactivate at any moment, necessitating immediate treatment.
