It operates through monthly subscription donations via card, PayPal, or one-time contributions via IBAN. The fund supports the medical treatment of children under 18 years of age who are battling cancer or require a kidney, liver, or heart transplant.

PavelAndreev.ORG is an international platform for organizing fundraising campaigns managed by the Pavel Andreev Foundation. Headquarters: Bulgaria, Varna, 113 General Kolev Blvd., Nikulitsel Building, company No. 206678629. All donations made through the platform are collected and administered in Bulgaria by the Foundation team. The campaigns are also managed by the central team in Bulgaria. At the moment, the organization is not registered as a local entity in other countries.
